Danny was the worst. He went out to smoke a cigarette while my old nails were soaking off and reeked of smoke the entire rest of the service. He did not pay attention to the cuticles and overall made the nails too thin. Dip powder usually lasts me 4-5 weeks. Two of my nails chipped after 5 days, went to get them fixed free of charge at the week mark, and a couple of days later two other nails were chipped/broken. Also the lady who did my pedicure kept trying to upsell me on services until I caved in to a more expensive pedicure. I will not be returning here. Picture here is after two weeks of original service.

I love the way my nails look after every visit. Kim, Lamb and Tony are always very nice and helpful. This is from about 1.5 weeks ago, and it is nextgen powder dip on my own nail. Definitely recommend.

I am very disappointed by my experience at this nail salon. I came in for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure went smoothly and I was pleased with it. The woman who did my nails(named Angel), was awful. I wanted coffin shaped nails which cost $5 extra which I was fine with paying— but the nail tech told me my fingers were “not narrow” and barely shaped my nails how I asked. They basically look square shape because she refused to shape them correctly and I was still charged $5. The tools she used were clearly not sanitized as I saw her wheel her tool cart over to me right after she finished up another client’s nails, without cleaning them, and they still had nail dust from the previous client on the tools— yuck. To top it off, she insulted my appearance multiple times, commenting on my body type, as well as saying I would look better if I went back to my natural hair color??? What the heck? Just so rude and uncalled for. She also messed up the top coat on my nails multiple times by touching it before it was dried because she couldn’t be bothered to wait until they were dried completely. The top looks all cracked because she just kept applying top coat to the mistakes. You could not pay me to return to this salon.

The experience was pretty rough from the start. I was judged on the length of nail I wanted. He was pretty rough on filing my nails to the point I was cringing and ready to get out of there. They did not clean underneath my nails and left dip powder residue all on my fingers. After my pedicure, she tried to put my sneakers back on my feet and it seemed like it was an inconvenience to ask for the foam flip flops. I will never go back to this nail salon.

He is the only nail tech I have been 100% satisfied with every time. He is pickier than me and I love it. This set is is most recent and they look EXACTLY how I wanted them to. The only reason I am writing this review is because Ben is too good to not get the credit he deserves even though I’d love to keep him to myself. He is the only nail tech I have been 100% satisfied with every time. He is pickier than me and I love it. This set is is most recent and they look EXACTLY how I wanted them to. He went above and beyond to make them look the way I wanted. Venus is always clean and I won’t go anywhere else!

This is my second time getting a pedicure here. Dianna was great!I had a sensitive nail and she did a great job being gentle but fixing my problem. Wonderful massage, too.
