Critical: QualityI got my nails done here dip for the first time, I am not pleased to say, they are the worst nails I have ever gotten. They don’t do returns and I was not able to come in 5 days after at all because I worked and went on my day off. They are super chunky and not smooth. They have no shape at all I don’t know what she was doing, she could have communicated with me. She did not communicate with me at all. They were rude as soon as I walked because I forgot to grab a mask. I got my nails done here dip for the first time, I am not pleased to say, they are the worst nails I have ever gotten. They don’t do returns and I was not able to come in 5 days after at all because I worked and went on my day off. They are super chunky and not smooth. They have no shape at all I don’t know what she was doing, she could have communicated with me. She did not communicate with me at all. I got there almost 10 mins before my appt. And then waited another 20 mins before someone got to me, the lady I got was rude and rushed my nails (a silver French with hearts on them) and told me I’m holding up her next customer, smacked my hand with the nail file, and made my hearts look like mail genitalia, she also didn’t do a second coat of silver so it’s basically see through. I showed a reference picture as well. Extremely disappointed. Updated: I got a call and they offered to fix my nails, and I had tai and he was so kind and kept checking on me. It’s a very nice salon, but just make sure u like find a person and go to that person regularly. My nails look absolutely amazing now and in love with them!!!

I have been here several times and have had a great experience, however today I had my first appointment ever with Gabi, and she was amazing! She took great care of priming my nails prior to placing my tips and then paid attention to every detail during my appointment. She was kind and engaging and made me feel comfortable during my entire visit. Thanks Gabi for such great service!!!

I’ve used this salon in the past about 3 times.. I really liked this place when I started going the first couple of times.. past two visits were not pleasant. Maybe because I cant get appointments with tiffany or Lynn whom I used in the past. The two last services I received were not good. The techs either lacked the experience or rushed me out the door. I got my nails done Saturday( acrylic and gel) and my nail started chipping the very next day! I’ve been to many nail salons around the world and I’ve never received this type of service or quality. I was looking for a nice pampering service, instead I felt like cattle being rushed through the shoot to get vaccinated and cut! No nice massage, my nails started chipping the very next day, didn’t ask me what service I wanted with my pedicure, didn’t listen to what wanted with my nails.. it was just horrible. It’s like customer service doesn’t exist anymore. Most people expect to have a relaxed atmosphere, maybe a polite conversation here and there, listen to what the customer wants. I didn’t even want to tip him, but I did because I didn’t want to be part of a certain category of people. I’ll have to take my buisness elsewhere. Sorry

I had one of the worse experiences there. My boyfriend and I were first time walk-ins and we went there expecting to be treated with common decency but instead I was meant with disrespect by a nail tech. The front staff were nice but no sooner than I sat down my nail tech had an attitude. He never really engaged in much conversation. No direction in what he wanted me to do just pointing, huffing, and grunting. It was beyond rude and unprofessional. I accidentally messed up one nail while turning my hand and he sucked his teeth at me like I inconvenienced him. I tried to bring my concerns up to the manager when the whole thing was over. The manager tried excusing his behavior by saying he doesn’t speak much English. English or not it doesn’t excuse poor behavior. He said he had been doing nails for 15 or 16 years, you would think he had learned social etiquette. If I do go back he will never do my nails again. Please be aware of Phat. I never want anyone going through what I went through.

This place is terrific! It’s always packed but has plenty of people available to do your nails at any time. They always do a terrific job. Of course I wish the prices were lower, but it doesnt keep me from going here.

I was in today and had a fabulous experience with Gabi she gave me a gel manicure and eye brow wax. She is a perfectionist and it shows. She was pleasantly conversational, I would highly recommend her to everyone! Gel manicures, Waxing
