The do nice hair cut. However, it has slightly long waiting time. It’s comparatively clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Men’s haircut is between $15 to $20 and Women haircut is around $35 along with a good hair wash.

Venus Salon is no doubt the best Salon in JC area with warmest of people providing services. I have been a customer for 5+ years now, and proudly I can say, even after moving to nyc, I do come here to get my trim still.

Mike and Stephanie are really great. They have another hair dresser there but I really forgot his name (sorry). He really helped me with a mess another salon did and slowly they are making my hair healthier than what the other salon left it.

Just love the experience and the service. Friendly and professional staff. I went for a haircut and a hair wash. They gave me such a great head massage with it. The haircut turned out beautiful. And all that only costed 35$! Definitely going back!

The barber, his name’s Mina, is quite talented, patient and serious about his craft. I had met him the day prior to having my hair cut because I approached him [intuitively, and boy was I right] and asked him if he was going to be there the next day and what his hours were like. The man did not disappoint. I was nervous at first because my regular barber of 10 years plus was on vacation in his country of origin. But the experience was amazing and I think, I feel guilty about being disloyal, but I think I have a new barber !? The place is clean, employees are respectful, organized and top-notch. Highly recommended. Nice music too, all flavors. Come one, come all, Venus Hair Salon will not disappoint. As far as prices are concerned, a regular haircut [nothing regular about it, mind you] will only cost 15 bucks. Quality and reasonable fees, hard to come by nowadays. Awesome, 5 Star rating for sure !

I was scared at first, but they did amazing job! Stephanie did my hair highlights and Mike gave the best ever hard wash and massage. Stephanie did my hair highlights and Mike gave the best ever hard wash and massage.
