Not my usual nail place but I couldn’t get an appointment there because they were busy. (It was MLK Day so I assume since a lot of people were off work, that was why they were busy.) The people were not very friendly but seriously are any of them at any nail salon? I will not go back to this place. Two days after going there the gel came off on one nail. After it came off the nail cracked because my nails are weak and if I don’t have polish on them they will break. I live in North Vernon so I can’t just go running to Columbus to have one nail repaired. I never have trouble when I go to my regular place, VIP nails.

Literally love my design but the lengths are so off. Usually always have a problem with my acrylics ether looking chunky. I’m so appalled he did them so fast and then when I said “not what I want” he started to get short tempered with me. My skin around my thumb nail was filed down so hard to where it’s just raw skin now. Hurts. And they are NOT THE SAME LENGTH. Very disappointed because of how cute my design is.

Great place.to get nails done but I am biased bc I have been going to the same nail tech for 10 yrs and I go wherever he works. I’ve never experienced any problems from other customers while I’ve been going. Always full. Always at least a 15 mins wait. Staff is polite and seem to have a good handle on things. If you want a certain nail tech, I highly advise to make an appt. or you.may experience very long wait times. 9/10 recommend.

No wait several staff members. I brought my daughter they did not paint her nails the way she wanted. They had her in the pedicure chair so I was not by her. I asked if I needed to show the picture again to the lady that was actually doing hers…he said no I told her. I did dip first time 3 of my nails clear coat came off today. I got them done yesterday.

Completely unhappy with dip services top coat and color peeling off by day number 3 I went back to have fixed they put one layer of top coat and a different color gel where color came off would not fix them correctly left unhappy again unprofessional and unorganized had to search boxes to pick out a color and powder never matches finished color yet still never made customer happy or satisfied if I could give negative stars I would … so sad
