Critical: ProfessionalismI’m so Mad bc this is my favorite nail shop‼️ but not anymore⁉️ Young Tracy was doing my nails bc Older Tracy was off today and the experience was a nightmare….. she asked if I wanted water and I said Yes. Never got the bottled water but the Caucasian lady that was getting a pedicure from one of Tracy’s co workers that was sitting next to us did. Ok that’s fine…. But I was offered a water⁉️ Secondly, a young black girl paid for her nails and left….. which I think was overcharged as well‼️ but as soon as the girl left who was pleasantly nice and respectful , Tracy states to her co workers “ Easy Money”‼️ I was fuming inside to see Tracy true colors come out. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came in with two broken nails, they were very careful. Sweet and friendly . Provided me with excellent care. Didn’t rush on my nails . They came out flawlessly. My eyebrows almost look like I did my own make up how great they look. Highly recommendServices: Manicure, Pedicure

Positive: QualityBy far the BEST pedicure I’ve had in my 20 years of getting pedicures. I always leave salons with calluses still on my feet and this time I don’t have a single one. My toes are beautiful and my feet are so soft. HIGHLY recommend. From someone who’s picky.Service: Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI have been to this nail salon 3 times. Each time I have scheduled an appointment with Tracy for nails. The first time the nail tech, Tracy, was late approximately 30 minutes. However I received a pedicure which took up the time. The 2nd visit the nail tech, Tracy, was 30 minutes late. I was told she did not know I scheduled an appointment. The 3rd time Tracy did not show up. I was told the appointment was at 9:15am and the nail salon was not even open at all. I received a phone call at 10am stating Tracy was running late. I would not recommend unless you have an hour to wait. My time is valuable and I do not appreciate nail techs not showing up for appointments and consistently running 30 plus minutes late. 2 stars only for the decent job on nails.Services: Manicure, PedicureI have been to this nail salon 3 times.
