I don’t typically do reviews, but I felt like this needed to be said and I want management to see my complaint so they know why they are probably losing business. My daughter and I called ahead to get a pedicure each and she wanted a child polish and I had intended on getting a nail dip. We were told earlier in the day that they were pretty busy and said 4:30 worked better, so i gave my name and we showed up at about 4:10. We sat and waited and then eventually were taken back but seemed to be pretty much forgotten. When someone did decide to come over we explained what we wanted and she started doing my daughters toes. Her pedicure was rushed and then her manicure was started. When it was not what we asked for I told her right away, that’s not what we wanted and explained again. She got mad at us for some reason and ended up getting someone else. We explained again what she wanted which was just gold paint with a white heart on one nail. Everything seemed situated and seemed to be going okay, until I saw the hearts which were essentially blobs, even though there were other little girls in the salon that had beautiful hearts done. My pedicure came last, at this point we had been there for over an hour and 45 mins, and it literally took a couple of mins to complete even though it shouldn’t have. The lady who dealt with us had a bad attitude the entire time and despite the fact that we tried to explain what we wanted she just kept getting mad. In the end we spent $70 and left with bad nails, polish in places it didn’t belong, and I didn’t know even get my nails done at all. I understand being busy, but if you’re too busy to do even a half decent job without getting mad at the customers, then don’t tell clients to come in before closing time.

I really like this place! Alex and Casey did an amazing job on my nails. I was helped as soon as I walked through the door. Not only were they very polite, they were also very attentive and listened to my requests. I paid a very reasonable price and I am so happy with my nails. I will be returning as this is the best nail salon I have been to in San Angelo.

Update: within a week my nails were chipping and some were even lifting. A few days after that, one of the nails completely cracked across the whole width of the nail. I wanted to take pics of the damage, but I was so desperate to get them off that I didn’t. Probably will not be returning to this location.

This is my favorite nail salon in San Angelo. Hailey did an amazing job on my dip nails and paid attention to all the details. I am very particular and she made sure I was happy with everything. She was very gentle and did not hurt my cuticles or file too roughly. Definitely the best dip nails I’ve had. Other salons miss spots on the sides of my nails but she got it all. Ask for Hailey!

honestly this visit didn’t even deserve a star. Very rude employees, I just had a baby two weeks ago and the employee was saying that I was too fat and I eat too much, they didn’t even put gloves on while doing my service. Secondly when I went to pay he tried keeping my change and only gave me 2$ back. Definitely do not recommend. Highly recommend Top Nails.

Very rude associate. She made my nail look wobbly and ugly, i voiced out i didn’t like how it looked, and she began to raise her voice at me. Very unprofessional, she kept huffing and puffing the whole time. Honestly i used to like coming here. I will take my business elsewhere. getting my nails done is a form of relaxation, this was very unnecessary.

I went over 5 times with my friend recommendation , the first time was good but after that went bad experience. the staff are rude and not enjoyable . I remember there is one lady there she is always angry she cut all my finger she work fast on my nail to get other consumer .. my finger were pain to 4 days .every time I went different person make my nail new person.
