I usually go to Chow but today the gentleman did my pedicure. I advised him he was to rough and didn’t do a good job removing the wax or additional skin on heal. He advised me to stop going to different places and to be serviced by one location. When I advised I ONLY get pedicures there he changed his wording saying my skin color and texture of skin is the reason he didn’t do a good job. I again advised him I never had that issue with the owner Chow. You guys just lost 10 clients.. thanks ❤️

Very strong scent when you walk in but the service was good. I got a pedicure and the gel polishes lasted over 2 weeks. My only criticism is my nails could have been evened out more to look closer in length

Gave a nice massage to feet but wasn’t the greatest if you have thin short toenails. He got frustrated when I didn’t like the 2 colors I picked once applied to only one toe. Stated, I’m done! Walked away leaving me in the chair. They only had me and another customer. So it wasn’t like he was too busy to accommodate me. I still paid , like the nice person I am. Of course , no tip. I went to magic nails at 10 th and shadeland. Asked for Mindy. She was so sweet and polished them. Then I got my nails polished too!

I’m ride or die for the specialists in here! I don’t want to even call them “nail technicians” because they’re so talented. I’m super particular about how I want my pedicure and I’ve been able to give about 3 different people free rein over how they want to do a design and its been bomb every time. I don’t trust any other salon anymore! Every time I’m forced to go somewhere else, the work is just subpar. See nah, ill be making my appt every 4 weeks
