Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI get gel nails (full set and fills). I switched from another local nail salon to Venus Nails & Spa about six months ago. They are very nice and always professional. The color options and their willingness to try new designs is amazing. I’ve always done a single color with nothing special added and since I started coming here, I’ve felt much more comfortable to try new things. I have definitely stepped out of my comfort zone and they’ve been willing to try all the different designs I’ve brought in. My daughter loves coming with me to get her nails done too and they treat her just as great as they do me and every other customer I’ve seen walk in the door.Service: ManicureI get gel nails (full set and fills). I get gel nails (full set and fills). I switched from another local nail salon to Venus Nails & Spa about six months ago. They are very nice and always professional. The color options and their willingness to try new designs is amazing. I’ve always done a single color with nothing special added and since I started coming here, I’ve felt much more comfortable to try new things. I have definitely stepped out of my comfort zone and they’ve been willing to try all the different designs I’ve brought in. My daughter loves coming with me to get her nails done too and they treat her just as great as they do me and every other customer I’ve seen walk in the door.

Critical: ProfessionalismI will never come back to this place again. It is a Tuesday and I’m off work and my 5 yr old daughter is off school so I thought how nice would it be to go get our nails and toes done since we had been cooped up with covid for the past month and are better now. I picked venus nails near my house because it is a well known place. I walked in the door and they asked what I wanted and I said a manicure/pedicure for myself and my daughter. they said ok and I asked if they can do dip on my nails. they said yes and then asked me multiple times if I had gel on my nails and I said no iust regular nail polish. we sat and they started on my daughters nails. my daughter showed the lady what colors she wanted (purple and blue) and the lady continued to bring pink nail polish multiple times despite being told the color purple and shown the color purple. then when they came to take off my nail polish the 2 ladies were arguing with each other about who was going to do my nails because neither one of them wanted to do them. my nails are short and apparently that was a problem for both of them as I was asked multiple times if I wanted to do acrylic or gel with tips and I said no to that. I just wanted my nails cleaned up and just black dip on them which was ALSO a problem for them as well. I have NEVER been treated this way in my life at a nail salon and I will absolutely never give these people my business. my daughter and I were the only ones in here and you would think it would be easy to give top notch service when you’re the only people in here besides the workers but I was wrong. Even my 5 year old daughter said it was not nice that they treated me that way and did not want to do my nails. It is so incredibly saddeningI will never come back to this place again.
