My friend and I went in to have our acrylic nails removed, but neither of us had good experiences. The woman who was doing my nails didn’t fully remove the gel acrylic nail from both of my hands. I repeatedly asked if she could remove it and she only made it thinner and didn’t even shape it well (also left some of the nail polish too). Then my friend had her nails removed with a literal knife, ripping her acrylic nails off! We could’ve definitely done better by doing it ourselves at home. I attached a photo of my nails.

I’ve had acrylic, and natural nail gel services here. All of the staff are fantastic. The owners are amazing and always around to get you in. Most recently I had the best most relaxing pedicure with Amanda. It’s been two weeks and my nails are growing out but they still look great!

Stay far away!!! My friend and I went in to get our gel acrylic nails removed. When he started the process, I was in shock and disbelief on how he was removing them. He literally was using a small knife to rip off the acrylic nails from my nail bed. He did not use acetone or soak my nails. I was so scared and told him I had never ever seen anyone take off acrylic nails like this and he proceeded to tell me that he had been doing it this way for years. My nail bed is ruined and this is such an unprofessional way to do this. I felt he was just in a rush to get my nails taken off. My friend also had a horrible experience, the lady did not fully remove her acrylic or shape them or even remove the gel color all the way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Venus Nails always has been and always will be my go to nail salon. The nail art is incredible and they will always do their best to get you in a chair as fast as they can. Don’t listen to the bad reviews of “Karen’s” for this salon! Tim and his crew are talented and kind and will make you feel like family. The prices are extremely reasonable compared to other salons in the area and you get a better service! They go above and beyond! Highly recommend this salon to any one looking for great service. I have NEVER been disappointed with my nails walking out of this salon!

Made appointments for 2 full sets with gel polish, under two different numbers. We also were just visiting for 2 days for my daughters birthday. Drove 4 hrs and went straight to nail salon… only had record for 1 appointment. Said they could do back to back. Unfortunately with our time being limited that wasn’t doable. Her nails did turn out beautiful although she did mention he was a bit aggressive but all over they look nice albeit $75 for a full set and design… no apologies for the inconvenience and unprofessional customer service. 4 people sitting around on their phones one even sleeping. They may not have preformed that service but there was some DUSTY shelves and nail clipping everywhere. Not happy!

I am in CO from NY due to my daughter having a baby and my nails were in pretty bad shape due to an extended time lapsing from last appt. In NY. Tim got me in the day I called and got my nails done quickly and just the way I asked them to be done. I had also broken 3 nails due to them being way to long for my liking and he fixed those as well and you’d never know they were broken. I will definitely use Venus nails again on future visits!
