My girlfriend has been going here for a year and she never gets what she wants. We are going to meet my parents so she wanted conservative nails and the technician started to put crystals on them anyway. She said “no thank you” and they wouldn’t remove it so now she has one crystal on her nail and it looks stupid. While she was there another customer was yelling at them saying she didn’t get what she wanted and they need to fix it. They always do more than you ask and charge for it at the end. She’s come back with the wrong color, the wrong shape, and always spends over $100. Today she went for a fill which should be like $25 but they won’t do it. They will do more and more until you scream at them. They take advantage of customers that are too polite to yell, like my girlfriend.

I had 2 appointments here at 12 and we got the chair around 12 15 and someone was helping me but my friend sat there waiting for 30mins without anyone helping him and 2 other costumers came after us and they stated helping them right away DONT NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE unless you want your time wasted. Also the pedicure I got wasn’t all that great either.

Been a couple of times. I’m in the fence right now. I brought my own polish and the girl kept calling me cheap. Was extremely annoyed but I kept it together. My last visit a young man did my mani – pedi he was very nice but he cut my cuticles wrong. I have skin peeling down my finger. If my next visit goes sideways I’ll be shopping for a new place uuurrrggggg

It’s not the place to go if you don’t have an appointment. They place priority on appointments as they should. So if you don’t have an appointment they will rush and do a poor quality job. The pedicure was ok but the manicure was a mess, left with polish around the cuticles. I would go back if I made an appointment and they weren’t rushing the job.

They do a good job. The place is clean and techs are nice. Very few have much English however, and they have been raising prices the last year more into the range of a spa. Not the best value, but it’s close. Way better prices elsewhere, but you generally wait a bit.

They charged more then any other place and my nails look nasty. You can see the tip even though it was clear. Iv been to a few places but never had this problem. I came in to talk to the manger about it. She said she would just repaint them I do not think that is a fix at all. I could paint them if I wanted them painted.
