When this place was Hi tech pro nails the service was awesome. I had been going there for 8 years and knew everyone that worked there. The quality and cleanliness of their work was perfect. Now that it has been bought out and changed ownership, it is the worst nail place I have ever been too. Yes the chairs are new, but the quality of nails is below even one star. Two days after I had my nails done I had to go to another salon and have them redone because of lifting. And if your expecting any customer service you will not be happy. Please do not go here.

I’ve been there twice now, and within 3 days of each visit, I’ve had multiple acrylic nails lift or pop off. When I went back the second time and told her, she wouldn’t listen to me. Within 2 days of leaving, 3 of my nails have popped off. I will never go back there. They obviously do not care about their customers or having repeat business.

Girls are friendly, nice selection of polish, long-lasting clear coat, perfect shape, always busy so make an appointment. Best place in the Brentwood and I would know, I’ve tried a total of 12 nail salons.

My girl made an appointment with someone and she ended up waiting 1 hour only to get her nails done by someone else. Whats the point of making a mf appointment. Dont recommend it dont take your girl there dudes

I went there 5 months ago to have my acrylic nail removed, and the guy hurt my nail and Cut my skin, it was really painful and even if I was telling him “wait, it hurts” he just gave me a smile like I’m just being a cry baby then he continued try to peel off the fake nail until I said STOP it’s bleeding! then we saw my real nail was cut all the way to the skin it was really deep. Another guy took over when he saw it and try to finish the job with less pain. They didnt even try to do firstaide and I even have to ask for bandaide, UNBELIEVABLE!!! And what’s worst?! They still made me pay. I know I should’ve said something when they ask me to pay, but I said to myself, they will get their karma one day. Since then I never cameback and don’t even want to see that place again. And I told my daghter who use to go there, and told her to tell all her friends who use to go there too. I know it’s been 5 months now, but I just feel the need of letting everyone knows, to avoid this from happening to anyone else.
