Three days after a balance and a nail is about to fall off. It really depends on the tech you get on the quality and outcome of your nails. At the end of the service they decide the price; paid more for my balance than my full set which really does not make sense. Once you find a tech you like, highly recommend booking appointments with that individual so you get consistent results you’re happy with!!

I never knew a nail shop that didn’t like to do nails. I’ve tried this place 4x. The 1st time there was no one in so they did painted my toes they did OK. The 2nd time was around 5p so I called and they said I could come in. The young girl did a good job on my gel. The 3 and 4th time there was only 2 customers in there and they said they could not get me for a pedi. Then when I asked about making an appt and coming back they said they don’t do that. Then I said you can’t just change my toe polish without the pedi? The man’s response was..We don’t have anyone here to do that. Never will be back there.

I’m guessing that since I’m not a regular customer that they treated me differently because I wasn’t offered the rewards card that the other 2 customer were offered. I also feel like I paid more for my full set because the mother/daughter had 2 pedicures and a full set and paid $10 less then I paid. I didn’t get gel polish or solar nails. I got basic Acrylics with painted white tips. The prices aren’t out so you can see them so honestly I have no clue what I actually paid for. They didn’t talk or interact with me at all. I don’t think I will be going back.
