They do not offer the SNS which I prefer, but not a big deal, so I took their suggestion on gel. My nails were cut/shaped unevenly and I could have saved $50 (way overpriced for just a simple mani) and just did them at home. This place takes no pride in their services. Horrible service, the lady was rude. Barely even listened to what my daughter and I asked for. When we tried to explain it wasn’t what we even wanted (my daughter wanted almond nails solid color acrylic set, I wanted hombre black/ red rounded). My daughter’s nails were like claws, we are her to trim them down she refused said all she could do was cut them and square them. She globbed on top coat while they were still at, left so much top coat on it wouldn’t dry. Mine wound up square and completely uneven. The “hombre” was just her spraying a black line across the top. Same issue with to much top coat. On top of all this she didn’t even and underneath, leaving chunks of acrylic. I had to come home and remove the polish, and file/ even it both or nails. They’re awful. Will never step got in this business again. 110.00 wasted.

Over priced and poor work. I went to have a color change on my fingers and pedicure done. My fingers wasn’t even fully covered with polish and when I woke up the next morning my toe polish was all over my blankets ( soak off gel polish was used with out following it with the UV light) I was told to come back to have it fixed and it was worse the second time definitely will not be back.

I had to file them myself at home. She spent maybe 5 minutes on my nails.My daughter got acrylics and asked for coffin shape. She got square instead and they are not even. The woman pressured me. She was rude and inconsiderate. She had no example of her nails just colors. I will never return. Plus I was given a price then told while she was doing my nails already that she charged extra for extra things like a shape and paint job. In the end my nails sucked cause she pushed me into making a decision I wasn’t sure of. Places like this need to think of costumers who may be there just to learn more stylea instead of knowing exactly what they want or need. Be friendly and suggestive. Helpful.

Ok nails.. they’re all a different length. She never asked me what shape I wanted just cut them square and kept going. $40 for just a acrylic set and nail polish was a bit pricey. Very fast and quiet..
