I wish I would have gotten his name! But the gentleman who did my nails was amazing!! I came in not knowing what to get because any salon I’ve went to I showed a picture and they couldn’t do it but Venus nails did! I quickly picked out a random fall design and he was very meticulous and was amazing at what he did. Everyone stops to look at them and I’ve gotten so many compliments. Ben was really awesome. He did not try to pressure me to get more done than what I wanted or try to encourage me to get longer nails. He got them nice and short and was even nice when I told him the shape wasn’t quite what I wanted and reshaped them. Ben is really excellent at his trade. My nails might not be long and fancy, but they are perfect for me and the work I do for a living. I can’t remember the last time my nails looked this nice. Thank you Ben for making my basic nails look so nice. I will definitely stop in again next time I’m in the area.

Ben was quick and meticulous. Not from the area so I’m very glad we stopped here for a walk-in. I would give 4.5 stars if I could, but I’ll settle for 4 ONLY because the salon as a whole could have been a little cleaner. Stop in or book an appointment with Ben, he’s a sweetheart.

I went today and got good service but I didn’t get what I asked for. I got a pedicure and wanted acrylic on my big toes and they tried to refuse me on doing that. I told her just cut my real nail down and then put acrylic and she didn’t even put a nail tip on it just covered my big toe with acrylic. She filed my left big toe nail down so much that the tip of my toe is raw. When getting the massage on my legs, she rubbed the lotion in and that was it. I don’t recommend and will never go back.

So if you plan on doing something advanced or multiple services I suggest calling and making appointment. Absolute worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. She barely rubbed the lotion on one leg, barely on the other and didn’t rub any on my feet. One swipe up on each leg with the hot rocks and never rubbed my hands any. My paint started chipping that very evening. Charged me 5.00 extra to remove the current gel polish but never removed it. Knocked off the first level and left a pitted canvas for the polish then overcharged me by 5.00. Manicure 15, pedicure 25, gel removal 5 equals 45 not the 50 she charged. I will Never recommend this establishment to anyone. I think she wasn’t happy she couldn’t talk me back into gel but a quality fingernail polish should last a week at least. By then your nails have grown out and need it again why waste money on gel????
