I requested a particular shape, the guy at station 10 did not do as I requested. I showed a picture and he still didn’t follow instructions. He didn’t ask if what he had done was to my liking. The price was $20 more than I usually pay in Madison. I will not be returning. It wasn’t worth the time or price. Not pleased at all. I will continue to go to my Madison location. The last photo is what I got, the other 3 pics is the shape I wanted!

The owner did my nails today and let me tell you ladies she did a phenomenal job!! Not only do my nails look absolutely amazing but she was super nice and went above and beyond to make sure we left completely satisfied!! You could tell she really enjoys what she does for a living and it shows through in her work!! Their prices were very reasonable and the service was quick!! We will definitely be regulars from now on!! Thanks for everything!!

I went in wanting a manicure & gel polish. When the lady got started on my nails she cut me (i started to bleed), she cut my nails so short that the meat under my nails is showing, she started to use a drill on my nails & started getting my skin, which hurt very bad! My nails look worse now than before what I went in with & they still wanted me to pay for it.

Horrific experience. They didn’t clean off station before my manicure so there was nail dust all over it. Then they tried to PRY my dip powder nail polish off. Ouch!! They finally agreed to soak them off. Then the manicure took a long time ans still looked terrible. Thick, uneven, etc. Save yourself a headache. Go somewhere else.

I went for a pedicure about 3 weeks ago, I showed them the color I wanted. They forced me to use gel even tho I didn’t want it. The color wasn’t even close to what I wanted. The regular nail polish I pick from their selection. Then the lady cut my nails so short they bled. Kept cutting even after seeing the blood, and then created hang nails JUST to rip yes rip them off. I pulled away and said stop she told me she was done anyways then charged me $70 at the door.

By far the best nail salon in Decatur is Venus Nails. I just rated five stars after my first visit, but I have gone back several times now and Venus Nails deserves more than just Five Stars! The entire staff is very friendly. Everything is clean. I always get the Volcano pedicure and love it. The small upcharge for gel polish is worth it. The color stays vibrant and unchipped until I go again. Go to Venus Nails!!

im not the type to do reviews. i got my nails done a month ago. it was a new lady because i didnt recognize her from the few times ive went. the lady took forever on my toes. didnt really mind until it was the nails.. I asked for squared. I got a mix of coffin & squared, every each nail is a different length. I wanted an oval french tip, & it wasnt even at all. the whole process took about 3 hours. she continued to go on facebook live while doing my nails.& honestly wasting $115 is nothing due to the service i gotten. half the people dont know how to shape. & my nails apex wasnt smooth , it was all bumpy. at this point, they’re hiring anyone. oh & my fingers were burning due to the monomer. update on my nails, my right index finger broke & half of my natural nail is nearly coming off. thanks to the lady adding too much primer when you’re supposed to add a little bit. ive had enough where I decided to write a review. never again . lost a loyal customer <3.
