The staff is nice/works hard, its easy to get in, and the prices are good. However, I’ve been there twice and both times my nails have chipped within 1-2 days even though I got a gel polish manicure.

The only reason I came here was because a friend comes here and her nails are always nice, I believe she goes to some guy named Andy, he is the owner son and the only one that knows how to do nails the right way apparently, But i shouldn’t have to wait 1 hour and half for this Some Andy to do my nails the right way. My experience coming here was horrible. When I seen the nail tech that was going to do my nails I knew it was about to be a bad experience but I wanted to maybe give the benefit of the doubt. He was a much older man, it looked like he didn’t go to school to be a nail tech and that he was a family member that just help out at the shop, which to me I ain’t got time for grandpa to just be picking up a hobby for the day. But anyway I wanted to be fancy and do the chrome on my nails, the guy didn’t shape my nails the way I asked , they were all different shapes from an oval to a almond. I got to the point that I asked for the owner, she came over and was going to fix them but I felt like I already spent enough time here already and I needed to go. The owner then said to pay $25 for my nails which where not fixed or done and said next time go to her son Andy. I’m thinking like wow I paid $25 like a dummy and then you recommend me to your son like I wish you would have said that and I would of been left and set an appointment but this whole experience put a nasty taste In my mouth and I would never go back. I then called the next day asking could they fix my nails for no charge because I feel like for $25 that I paid I should have had them done or something and they told me that they were going to charge me $10 for a nail color change. I was like yea no I will be writing a review about you.

Love this place. The nail technicians are nice especially the lady that works in there. Whatever designs you want she will do her very best to try to come close to it. And she always compliments me on my skine tone and the size of my fingers.

Maybe I’m picky and just used to the place i always go to(which was closed unfortunately) but I was not satified. I came for a refill with gel polish. The shape of my nails turned out decent but the painting was very sloppy. Upon asking to clean the sides of my nails, I was told to “shower and it will come off”. Shame on me for not reading the reviews prior and going somewhere other than my original place.
