the most horrible nails i’ve ever received in my life. i will never step foot back in the shop. I mean, the pictures don’t lie. I walked out of this shop hiding my hands in a ball, which should not be a thing after just receiving a manicure. first of all one of my nails did not match the others and my french tips were bulky and not neat at all. I asked for my nail shape to be square and neither of the 2 people that tried to shape them, were able to shape into a neat square. Instead, my nails were rounded and not at all in a square shape. It’s upsetting how they charged me an additional $10 for V tip french manicure but did not have the skills to recreate the picture that was being shown. I complained about my nails and told the woman who did them i did not like that, she attempted to try to do the french nails in a V tip design but she still was not able to do it neatly. I did not have a ton of time to have her start over especially since she already tried to do the design several times and could not recreate it, however i did come in the next day to get them changed and the manager i believe had me waiting almost 2 hours before sitting in her chair!!! very unprofessional and not good business, considering i paid $50 for such a hideous set and also tipped. I will never be back at this shop. lesson learned. if i could leave no stars, i would

I visited Venus Nails for the first time today Natasha have me one of the best pedicures I have ever had. Amazing manicure too! Lisa waxed my lip and eyebrows and they are perfect. Hardly hurt at all too and I am usually very sensitive to waxing which is why I hardly ever do it. Very friendly staff. Make an appointment because they are busy! Highly recommend this place!

This is my favorite place to go for the last few years! My friend asked me to go with her before Christmas to a different place and I went to be kind. They did a terrible job, and Lisa at Venus kindly fit me in and made my nails look beautiful again ☺️ I will never try someplace else again…even if a friend asks me to. This is the ONLY place I will go to get my nails done. Tony is the absolute best! He does an amazing job on my nails every single time I go. I get acrylics with shellac and I have never broke a nail after going to Tony. Also a major plus that he knows how to do nail designs! Acrylic nails

My husband and I went in there to have pedicures together. The man that gave me my pedi never looked at me to say hi and was very rough and never appoligized. When I was done a woman came over to give my husband a pedi she never said hi or thank u. I guess I’m just old fashion and expect common courtesy when u vist a place of business for a service.
