Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GO ! I went and got a set done and my toes for 4th of JulyHad a Appointment at 2 and didn’t get started on until 2:45!And was there for 3 hours ! They kept taking appointments even though it was fully booked ! I had 2 lady go back and forth to finish my set !And the 1st didn’t didn’t shape my nails the way I liked it so when the second lady started working on them I told her , than the first lady started yelling at me saying that’s what I asked for .the Second lady went ahead and just fixed it to the shape I wanted .She was begin rough with my hands and even cut me multiple times and didn’t even knowledge it or say sorryA week later the nails fell off once they fell offmy middle finger had been shaved down so bad it cut my nail and cracked it . It has been bruised every since than!I can’t get a set done until my nail grows back and the bruising is gone it’s been over 30 days and it’s still like this.My toe got infected after my pedicure !I would not recommend this salon to anyoneSAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GO ! First time to this salon. Came in as a walk-in. I did not wait hardly at all, they were working with me very quickly. I showed a photo and he went to work. Additionally, I told him about two of my real nails that are very thin and with the drill they burn quick….he showed especially great attention not to hurt me.

I will not be returning,the first nail tech lady cut my nails crooked and they didn’t have the color I asked for after the fact they said they would do them just as I asked. I was not happy with the color or the shape so I asked to please remove them before she was even finished. but they then said no that they would fix them,even tho i said I didn’t like the shape of them.So I had to completely change what I originally wanted and they STILL charged me for 3 colors instead of just one color that I ended up with.

I got a $36 shellac manicure. Within 2 days, the paint started chipping at the tips. I came back in where they, more than happily, were willing to fix it. 3 days later, the paint was chipping off multiple nails. I originally had just come in for a regular manicure but was told that shellac would last much longer. I didnt have time to come back a third time to get it fixed so I won’t be going back. Very dissatisfied.

3 years ago this mail salon was great! Now I wouldn’t go back there even if it was free! The new owner/manager what ever she is thinks it’s okay to change the price for the same services regularly. She obviously can only count in multiples of $5 because every time you go back and get the same service the price changes by $5! She charges an extra $5 for everything! No problem though there are at least 7 nail salons on FM78 so getting better service isn’t too far away!

I tried carefully removing it and it took off my whole nail! I’ve been having my nails done for years, of course not with this place but I’ve NEVER experienced something like this!! So when I called to speak to the manager, she had the Audacity to tell me it was my fault that I have fungus under my nails because I didn’t come in to remove them properly!!! Are you kidding me! Then she tells me it’s unfair to get my refund back because I failed to come in, but W-H-Y would I want to go in and have them remove the rest of my nails after my exexperience, and How can you tell me to wait till Monday, when I called on Thursday about my issue! You treated my issue like it was my fault and brushed it away because again you had other customers! You wanted me to wait 4 days to do something! No ma’am! The results are in the picture!
