Used them previously with no issues but this visit was disappointing. Took my mom as she needed an outing. The gentleman that did her nails was very rough and did not appear to be happy to have to be there working. When she told him the wax was too hot and to get it off of her, he sat there with a frown and so she asked again and he rolled his eyes and heaved a big sigh and finally took it off. I should have thought about the hot wax on 80 year old skin but I didn’t. I will need to find a shop that is used to seniors.
