My daughter’s nails came out beautiful! This was her first time and they were very considerate about that. They took their time and made sure every step of the way that she was pleased. Especially with the length. Because she’s only 13, so I didn’t want them to be too long. The nail tech asked plenty of times if we were happy with the length or if we wanted them shorter. The full set with one nail design was only $45. I’m happy with that and would definitely recommend! We will be returning as well! Thank you Venus Nail Salon!

This was my first time going to this salon. I hadn’t been to get my nails done professionally in almost 2 years and after reading reviews I decided I would try Venus Nails. I am SO glad that I did! I booked a (very) last minute appointment with Ba, and she did a wonderful job. She checked multiple times throughout the service to ensure I was happy with the shape/length/color and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She was very kind and friendly, even though I accidentally bumped a couple of my nails on the gel UV lamp and she had to fix them because I wasn’t careful enough. My nails came out beautifully and exactly the way I wanted them to! If you’re looking for a place to get your nails done I highly recommend coming here! Thank you Ba and Venus nails!! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was given a gift card to come to this salon and I almost left halfway through my appointment. Almost every toe/finger of mine has a cut on it. While giving the manicure she kept trimming the sides of my nails down because she couldn’t get the polish on correctly. The gel polish was low quality and the color differs on each nail. I was given a gift card to come to this salon and I almost left halfway through my appointment. Almost every toe/finger of mine has a cut on it. While giving the manicure she kept trimming the sides of my nails down because she couldn’t get the polish on correctly. The gel polish was low quality and the color differs on each nail. I had a lady name Lisa she was friendly but did a terrible job on my pedicure. It looked like I didn’t even get one. I showed the other ladies in the salon and Lisa ended up doing it again. I wouldn’t recommend her if you’re looking to get it done right. I never complain but if I’m paying 42$ for a gel pedicure then I expect to get it down the right way.

Soon as I left , 2 nails chipped and eventually fell off throughout the day. I called for an appointment the next day to be at 4:00, whoever answered said 3:45 would be better. I came at 3:45 and didn’t get into the chair until 4:00 . Told Lika my concern with the acrylic nail being glued to my skin and she said she doesn’t want to do my nails if I’m going to be worried about irritation and that I shouldn’t get them done here anymore and was shaking her head the whole time as she rushed my nails that needed to be fixed. As she was rushing she left two cuts on my finger from filing to hard. Very unprofessional and rude TO ME, but hopefully not to everyone. I personally don’t recommend this place but I wish them the best of luck with their business. Hopefully this review will help them treat their future customers better than they treated me
