My nail tech was gentle and did a great job removing my gel extensions, however, she and all her co-workers were talking about me and all the customers so badly in Vietnamese. I don’t “look like a Vietnamese person,” their quote, not mine, so they thought it was be ok to say how the customers wasted money trying to be prettier when they can’t. I couldn’t stand being in that salon because all the horrendous bad mouthing was utterly disgusting. I told my nail tech I didn’t appreciate her talking about me and had to stop her nail service. I dont know if these workers were having a bad day, but please dont expect me not to say anything. Way to ruin my experience.

This was my first time visiting this salon and i was very impressed! Upon arriving for my appointment, I was promptly greeted and my temperature was taken. I was then asked to wash my hands. I didn’t even have to wait to be seen, which is unusual for salons. The tech that helped me, Helen, was so kind! She didn’t rush my pedicure at all, she took her time to make sure I was happy with the outcome and what more could I ask for! Everyone is wearing masks, and although the services are being done outside, there’s plenty of shade and a nice breeze. Will definitely be returning!

Place is very clean and they are making sure that they their customers are 6 feet apart. My issue is that cost it’s overpriced and you don’t get much out of the amount that you pay $12 extra for gel is ridiculous and when I requested to go with the standard pedicure the lady who was doing my manicure started laughing as if that was funny when I spent over $60 and my nails look like they have been done for 2 weeks and I went on Friday of last week. I was trying to support a local business but I know shops in different cities that charge way more reasonable price for the same exact services and they don’t laugh at their customers when they don’t want to go with an overpriced service. Also only wanting customers to use zelle or other apps to send payment which was an an inconvenience to me so I was charged an extra dollar for you to just simply run my card I will never return to that to this place again and I will definitely make sure that I spread the word that this is an overpriced nail salon.

Positive: ProfessionalismI visited this place for the first time 3 weeks ago for a spa pedi and a full set and I was extremely happy with their work and professional service. Prices are a bit high but I personally think it was worth it. My nail technician was Tracey and she took her time and made sure everything was perfect and if she made a mistake she fixed it right away. She also gave her opinion on extra things she could do and I loved it.. right now with the pandemic it’s been hard to find a good nail shop following good strict guidelines and I liked this one . They check your temperature at the door and they have you immediately go wash your hands then they have you wait outside if it is full until you are called inside. Then each time each guest that leaves they sanitize the chairs. And they have the temper glass at each station even the pedi stations also masks are %100 mandatory their.. they have sanitizer available but I always carry my own. They offer many payment options to avoid touching as well like apple pay samsung pay and venmo ect..
