Absolutely amazing salon! The staff is extremely nice and attentive. They are always able to get me in short notice. The art that Val does on nails is unmatched. I have gone to Val at Vensus for at least 2 years. I have had many of their services, dip powder, pedicure, lash extensions and I’m always please. Not only great services but tech who are knowledgeable and want to do a great job to make sure that your nails look good but are healthy. I would recommend to anyone. Make sure you make an appointment, they book up fast.

I had such an awkward and bad experience here. I went in as soon as they opened for a gel mani. I didn’t have an appointment which is why I assume they barely helped me. The nail tech they assigned to me had no idea what I was asking for or what color to put on my nail because I asked for a rose gold glitter nail polish they had, which she said she couldn’t put on my nail on its own. I told I understood and that we could do a really light pink under it. It took at least 15 minutes for us to come to an agreement because she could not understand how to do what I was asking for. I literally just wanted glitter nails. Any other salon you go to this is a basic every day request. She did a terrible job with my cuticles too. I do not recommend this place

I love this place!!! I’ve had the pleasure of having my nails done by Anthony and Danny, they did a fabulous job!! My nails lasted for almost a month each time and so did my mom who was seen by Danny. Reasonably priced, and money well spent. The whole staff is very friendly and gives each client their undivided attention and genuine care. I’ve tried many places and I’ve not had as much satisfaction as I have with Venus Nail Lounge. I know my mom and I will be planning our next nail appointment at Venus Nail Lounge. Try them out, they offer so much for clients at a reasonable price and minimal to no wait time.

Critical: QualityThe staff here isn’t very nice. And my manicure sucked. I think the girl who did my nails couldn’t see very well (refer to photos). I didn’t complain because they usually blame anything on you. I did complain to my mom and one of the ladies who worked there heard me and of course she blamed me for messing it up which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. She then tried to fix the mistake and she did offer to fix it but unfortunately my time is not unlimited and I didn’t want to wait even longer. Just go somewhere else there are so many other nail places around this area.
