First time coming and so unhappy with my nails. The lady was so nice and let me take my time choosing my color but as soon as I sat down she seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. I have natural nails and I told her I had a few “tips” on because some nails broke I don’t think she understood and everything from there went down hill. I had to ask her numerous times to reshape my nails and still were terribly and definitely NOT COFFIN, which is what I asked for. She tried putting fake nail tips on my NATURAL LONG NAILS after I told her that’s not what I needed. Beautiful location and it was reasonably priced but not happy with the technical I got. Some might thing this is a fine job but I’ve been getting my natural nails shaped for a very long time and this was one of the worst shapings.

I will recommend heather all day. She is new to town and I tell you run to her! She did such an amazing job . I had previously got my nails done the day before at a different place and they cut me so bad I almost gave up on getting my nails done before I went on vacation I went to Venus nail bar and Heather took care of me absolutely amazing she did the most amazing work and she’s absolutely sweet. I’ve never had my nails look absolutely amazing or ever been more proud of the work that she has done will definitely be coming back!’

Patrick is the best for dip powder! He really gets everything you ask for RIGHT! So lucky to have come across this place! I paid only $60 (including his tip) which is awesome, coming from dallas, TX! He does NOT disappoint! Dip powder

Not crazy about this place, they always seem to increase their prices and don’t tell you. I’ve been getting pedicures here due to the salons close proximity to my house. I get gel pedicures, which are normally $45. Today, I was charged an additional fee (on top of my pedicure charge and gel polish charge) for them to remove the gel I have on my toes currently, and paint the new gel. I asked them about the difference in cost, which I immediately noticed because I pay close attention to what I’m being charged for these very reasons (price changes). The guy told me they now charge to remove gel from your toes, even if you’re getting a pedicure and a fresh gel polish change. Never heard of that, and he said it was due to the economy and higher prices for product. Don’t get me wrong, I understand business and the economy, but that just seems like a way to get more money out of people in a scamming manner. Especially when the gel isn’t “soaked” off, and they file it off. It’s already an up charge to get gel polish, which I understand. Now you’re saying it’s an up charge for gel polish and a fee for you to file, not even soak, it off?? Negative! I won’t be returning.

My nails turned out well here. The salon is clean. I didn’t get a pedicure but their massage chairs look so comfy. Definitely more upgraded than a normal salon. Prices were reasonable for a higher quality salon.

Extremely clean and beautiful salon , the staff is absolutely fantastic, very friendly and great energy! Steven does my nails and he and Venus Nail Bar will always have my business! I had been to other nail salons in the area and this experience hands down is the best! Dip powder

Joseph was amazing. My nails grow like weeds and I love a clean professional look. Adding to my review to say my nails look beautiful. I still have Joseph do my nails and I get endless compliments! Adding to the review Joseph did a ombre look! These are my real nails and I love it!

I received the dip powder service. Unfortunately, my nails start cracking in less than a week. So I went back to get the dip powder removed and asked for a manicure. The guy took 15 minutes to remove the gel/powder and give me a manicure. A couple of days later, I realized the gel/powder was still on my nails while attempting to polish my nails. This place is horrible and overpriced! I will not recommend it!

I was not impressed by this place. Very clean inside and nice place but my dip powder manicure didnt even last me a week before nails were coming off and chipping. Not to mention my nails were very uneven, some way longer than others. I had the dip powder stuck all underneath my nails and when i asked her to clean it, because it looked gross and was bothering me, all she did was put an oil on it and didnt remove any of the excess. I didnt have an appointment, but asked if they could fit in me and my two daughters, but I said we all wanted to sit together, and was more than willing to wait for 3 chairs next to each other. They sat my daughters and did their nails and they were done for 15 minutes before I even sat down. I wont be back
