Just had the worst experience at Venus and I have been going for years. The Mom that owns the shop rushed my pedicure and didn’t give me the full spa pedicure and charged me for it. When I complained about it she didn’t understand. I told her that her children give better pedicures. Trina had her give me 5 dollars back. If I do go back I willake sure that someone else works on me.

Just had the worst experience ever. Just got my eyebrows done and she literally “finished” it in under a minute and then ran off. When I went to my car and looked in the mirror I noticed that my eyebrows were still bushy. When I went back and I told them that she needed to finish my eyebrows, I was told she’s in the middle of doing eyelashes next door which explained my rush job!! I will never come here again plus they are way overpriced! And on top of all that she had the nerve to tell me that I need to get my lips waxed!! Extremely rude and unprofessional!
