I extremely recommend this place for laser hair removal all staff members are very friendly! I’ve been coming here for a little bit over a year and they treat me amazing I get laser on my whole body and have seen amazing results I’ve done 12 sessions and have not grown hair anymore I recommend getting the laser membership if your considering doing full body. Briana always makes me feel comfortable and very friendly to talk to makes my appointment go smoothly! Always have great promotions and discounts and work around your schedule! They are always open Monday- Saturday!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityPersonally I DON’T RECOMMEND this place at all. I have gone for 3 sessions for laser treatment and have not yet seen results at all but because I’ve seen how fast they do it (in less than 5 seconds they are done) and don’t really care about what they are doing. I know results take a while, but I’ve gotten laser treatment at another spa and I’ve seen results when is done with care but not with VENUS MEDSAP. I’ve complained too many times and nothing has been done, soo I asked for a money in return when I spoke with Abby and lady was rude. They don’t have any type of control, I’ve also had issues when they said of a certain price and overcharged me, which I was ok with it but not for this type of work. Started my laser facial hair removal treatments and the technician was friendly and professional and fun! I like the ambience of the office. It smells good, is clean and the spa rooms looked nice. Looking forward to my next sessions and possibly other services as well.

I like that they always have some discounts. Though, I had 16 sessions for laser removal and I still have hair and they said that it’s gonna be max of 12 sessions. I don’t have any conditions that may take it longer, so I’m a little sad

Over a year ago they had a promotion and I decide to take it. I was going to pay the whole amount for the 8 treaments but than I decided to pay monthly. I went to two treatments and both times they charged me for not shaving. And I can say they took 3 second to shave my upper arm and they charged me 25 dollars each time. The third treatment that I went they did not have change so I asked them if I could pay them the next week that I went. I had given them a deposit of 300 dollars. And that deposit was to be used if was to cancel an appointment. The receptionist ( tall, skinny, black hair) told me that she could not do that because those are the rules. And than she said ” do you even have money to pay for both treatments next time” I got so offended by her comment because she was judging me based on my apperance. I just told them to cancel my next appointment and to keep the deposit because I was not going to go there anymore. At the end, I was happy I did not pay the whole amount for the 8 treatments because they do not refund money. And for the 8 treaments were about 1800..

Horrible place! I purchased 6 sessions for my armpits and 6 sessions for Brazilian and I saw NO results at all. When I went in person they told me I would only need 2 sessions so that with the package of 6 sessions I would be hair free.. they lied and I am done with my package and nothing was done. I do NOT recommend this place unless you just want to hand over your money like I did.

Friendly staff and very attentive for my very first facial experience. Received an age treatment facial and was wowed by the overall results. Highly recommended for anyone who has never gotten a facial before!!!!
