I had an appointment for lip filler. Taylor wouldn’t do them because they were already “full.” It’s my face/body I want it how I like. I should of left, instead I did Botox & Dysport. Unfortunately I let one of the trainees perform the Botox.. it’s been two weeks & I have one wrinkle left on the right side of my forehead. ): she either didn’t put enough, or put it in the right spot. I won’t be returning here.

HUGE Shoutout to Taylor! She is a lip wizard! This is my first time ever getting fillers done and she made me feel extremely comfortable. Not only that, but she knew what I wanted and made it happen. If you are looking for someone who understands the natural lip filler look, she is perfect. She was adorable and quirky so it made the whole expierence of being poked by a needle several times a lot easier. She knows her stuff as well! The spa was clean and felt extremely professional. As well as the receptionists were very kind and had wonderful attitudes! Atmosphere was just positive there and I can’t wait to go back to get more dermal/lip fillers in the future! Do not go to this location. My 19 year old daughter went here for lip injections …..what she came out with was very bumpy lips which they said would go down but it’s been 2 months. They never went down. So we went back in hopes of them satisfying their clients and got nothing but eyerolls and omgs from the manager. Michelle who works there did my daughter’s lips and come to find out Michelle was still in training. The manager was extremely noticed out and very very rude to us. My daughter was crying and she kept saying oh my god. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen and the manager is the rudest person on earth. She has no business managing anything nor does Michelle know what she is doing. I’m pretty easy going person but this place is completely not somewhere to go
