Choosing Venus Med Spa was one of the best decisions I could’ve made for my skin. Adriana, the aesthetician, SAVED MY SKIN! When I first came in, I was looking to get rid of scarring and redness on my cheeks and asked for micro-needling. She told me exactly what procedures need to be done first in order to get to that step. Also, I never had a skincare routine and knowledge on products. She educated me on exactly what skin needs, the steps for it and how to properly take care of skin. It’s been a few months and I have seen remarkable changes! Adriana is very professional, personal, informative and AMAZING at her job. Thank you Venus Med Spa for having such an amazing staff on board!

In 10+ years, I have NEVER had such a bad experience. WASTE OF MONEY . I had all three areas done before Christmas. I needed a touch-up and had one with zero change in results. I called and explained that the touch-up did absolutly nothing and was told they “were not going to inject any more product”. I told the reseptionist that I didn’t feel it was fair that I paid for a full correction and did not receive one. She transferred me to a nurse who reiterated what the receptionist said. I felt they should try to make it right in some way which they did not. They said they would have a manager call me on Thursday 1/2 and today is 1/9 and I still have not received a call. I have been receiving dysport and botox for over 10 years in two states and have never needed more that one correction and have NEVER been told “…theres nothing we can do”. So basically I wasted hundreds of dollars and look the same. I don’t know if it’s bad products or poor technique but one thig is for sure, terrible experience and will never go back.

Today was my first ever injection experience. I was pretty nervous because I’m only 22 and wanted to have a subtle , youthful enhancement . I am beyond happy with Venus! It was an amazing experience with Muriel! She took her time to educate me on the process and products. She gave me exactly what I was looking for and I loved her professional opinion on how it should look. Muriel made me feel at ease and really paid attention to everything I described and executed it fabulously! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know!

Victoria was amazing! I wanted to get a skin tightening treatment done and so I tried the Venus viva. I was a little nervous because I thought it may hurt but it did not since Victoria took such good care of me. I saw some of the other reviews and I am shocked! Victoria educated me through the treatment, which I love because it’s very helpful to understand why getting these treatments are so beneficial for rejuvenating your skin. I used to work in a spa and I have gotten many treatments done over the years so I know this spa has great aestheticians like Victoria. I would recommend this spa all day long and especially Victoria! She is amazing!

From a person who has never had injections in the face, I had an awesome experience at Venus! I would highly recommend going to see Muriel. Everyone is friendly there and it makes you feel comfortable. The consultation was very thorough and she answered any questions I had. Muriel had a soft hand and the process was simple with little to no pain. Before I left she made sure I was happy with how my lips looked, which looked amazing! I was very pleased with my overall experience and I will definitely go back to see Muriel!
