I had balayage previously here and it was fantastic, however, I used a newer staff member and I was unhappy with the balayage. I had a distinct bleach line, instead of a natural look. I went back the next day for a fix. They were very accommodating, and it improved slightly, however I am still dissatisfied with the result ( especially considering the cost).Luckily, the horrible bleach line is mostly on the underside of my hair, but I wear my hair up for work and am very limited in styles now. Recommend using an experienced stylist.

It was a lovely experience! My first time visiting. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. A calm environment. I got a hot stone massage with Jose. It was so relaxing. My shoulders have been bothering me, and he did a great job loosening them up, they feel so much better! It’s been a long time since I had a massage, but I will probably be indulging more often.

I received a gift certificate from my daughter for a massage and a facial. It was a relaxing and wonderful afternoon. Venus is a very clean professional business with friendly helpful staff. I thoroughly enjoyed a Swedish massage and European facial and have already booked my next appt. I highly recommend them. Looking forward to trying some of their other services

Used Venus for a wedding. Only quoted $60 but ended up paying 20% gratuity on top of that without being told beforehand. Too late to back out either. When I called to pay, the girl who took my info only charged me $65. 2 days before the wedding, they call me for the other $7, I’m happy to pay it but in my opinion, it was their mistake and it was only $7. Overall it was a beautiful salon but my hair was definitely not worth $72 and it ended up falling out before the wedding 2 hours later.
