They were able to book an appointment for us the same day and were super nice and accommodating! Veronica was the one who gave my friend and I piercings and she was very informative, sweet, and inviting! She also had an awesome vibe! She dealt with our indecisiveness on jewelry and giggling like a pro! We could barely sit still while she was trying to make the piercing placement marks but she handled the situation perfectly and re made the marks until they were absolutely perfect! It was such a great experience! She was super clean and made sure to thoroughly clean the station she used between my friend and I, even in a crunch! Will definitely be going back to her for more piercings! The place was also super clean with reasonable prices and had a wide selection of body jewelry to choose from. They even had all the piercing aftercare you would need available for sale, and gave us a very informative piercing aftercare sheet to take home. This place had such a great vibe! There was great music and a bunch of great posters and plants. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for an awesome tattoo or piercing! Ronnie is one of the best, if not the absolute best, piercers for children I’ve ever met. She set aside a whole hour for my 7-year-old niece to get her ears pierced, took the time to explain to her every tool and every step, and was so incredibly kind and wonderful. My niece had a perfect piercing experience and I could not thank Ronnie enough for being so thoughtful and considerate. 11/10 would recommend Ronnie for everything from children’s piercings to adults. 🙂

Veronica Munster did my septum piercing here in early August of 2022 and she was wonderful!!! I actually have a pretty bad fear of needles and this is my first non-earlobe piercing, and she did an amazing job at 1) calming me down and 2) walking through every step of the process to help me continue to stay calm. It was quick, pretty much painless, and 5 months later it’s still looking and feeling great! She also was extremely helpful when I messaged on instagram asking about some cleaning specifications, and gave me great advice about a glass retainer a few months later when I needed to get an MRI. It was a great experience, and if I ever want to get another piercing, she will be first on my list of people to go to!
