They DAMAGED my nail beds and are NOT following proper procedure!!! I went to get my acrylic nails soaked off (removed) and the nail tech attempted to PULL and tear the acrylic nails off. Acrylic will damage the nail when pulled off that’s why you soak and file them down slowly, I was in pain and made that known to my nail tech. If this shop does not have the time or patience to follow the proper legal cosmetology procedure they should not be in business. My nail beds were damaged, bleeding and one nail bed had a CUT deep enough to see blood and flesh. I have attached photos for awareness, I left the shop in tears, please do not go here, I will be contacting the Texas department of licensing and regulation.

Everytime I come here I always have amazing service!! As soon as I walk in I’m greeted with a great attitude and smile. Not to mention HOW AMAZING AND TALENTED EVERYONE that works here is.
