I always considered this one of the best nail salons in town. You may have to wait, but almost always have great nails when you leave. And the salon has a great atmosphere. It had been a few months since I had been in and when we went yesterday, it was shocking to see how dirty the place was. It makes me concerned if they are properly cleaning tools they use on customers…Hopefully they can get back to their old standards.

This was my first time here, and I had the WORST experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I knew there were some blemishes inside of the nail salon, but did not actually realize how terrible they were until walking outside in the sun because the salon lights are very dim inside. My nails are two different colors, very spotty, and the clear coat is not over the whole nail so you can see where it’s not. Very patchy and uneven. After walking back inside and asking to talk with the manager, she continued to tell me how I could not get a refund because SHE didn’t think they were bad, not taking how I felt into consideration. She told me i could come back inside and get them redone (when she was already working on someone else’s nails) but I did not have time to stay or come back later. She kept telling me it was unfair to give me a refund because they already did the service, so I asked for half and she still said no. The manager was awfully rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not only was the service bad, but the manager was worse.

Finally giving up on them after years of insane waits and terrible pedicures. I can’t believe they charge $40 for a pedicure that is uneven, polish all over skin, etc. Never again. I’ll go across the street to the place that isn’t as nice but provides much better results. So disappointing. Pedicure

very sloppy, the lady didn’t talk to me and told me to stop moving every time i tried to move my hair out of my eyes or if i flinched when she drilled my skin. i asked if she could clean up the hearts on my nails a little because they looked like triangles, she got offended or something. they look like my 10 year old brother did them. i am very disappointed in this nail shop. i will not be coming back.

Nancy did my pedi and mani and did so good. It was so relaxing. And she took her time and made me feel so relaxing. Addie did my aunts toes and they looked amazing. Twee did my aunts nails and did it based on a pintrest picture. She was very detail oriented. They were all very nice and sweet. Such a beautiful place to have some pampering done.

Asked for what I thought would be a very simple nail design. The technician did a terrible job. My nails look sloppy and awful. I’m going to have to get them redone at another salon. Never going back! Picture is what I asked for versus what I actually got.

The lady that greeted us was very pleasant but the lady who did my nails did not speak to me other than what she had to. The rest of the time she was speaking to another employee in her native language. My nails looked like a 8 year old had done them when she got done. She did the absolute basic manicure instead of asking me what I wanted. The job was so poorly done that the polish was chipping two days later.
