I had a great experience here yesterday, the best name tech Philip was amazing and kind. My nails turned out great, the only minimal “con” was the price increase in a full set. Inflation sucks however I know they are just going with the economy and they are a business as well. But LOVED Philip he was the best!

I don’t live in San Antonio, but on occasion when visiting my best friend or my daughter, I will go to this nail salon. I’ve been doing this for the past 6 years. On July 2, I went in for a pedicure and nail fill. The pedicure was fabulous, done by Simon. The nail fill was very disappointing three hours after I left. I drove to the coast with friends ready to celebrate July 4th holiday weekend. I left the nail salon at noon and by 4 pm I was at our condo on the coast. I got into the pool and my friend noticed my nails were pealing. This was a shellac nail polish and should have lasted several weeks. In all the dozens of years of getting my nails done, this has never happened. The woman who did my nails seemed distracted and I felt very rushed. She never even told me to wash my hands before doing the acrylic and shellac. My bill was $130 with a tip. I didn’t even get the massage with hot wax in the plastic bag. I know times are tough for everyone especially in this current inflation crisis, but customer service shouldn’t suffer because of it. The photo was taken 6 hrs after I left the salon.

My daughter had her brows waxed and mani with shellac, both looked great. I had a set put on and the acrylic looks as if it bubbled and popped. Second, within four days the nails looked grown out. Do not go to this Place! Their customer service sucks. First, the price listed on the intake form is different than what they charge when you pay. They day that had an increase but still have not changed it on the intake form. When I told them they need to fix it they refused to and said I should know the price by now. They use to do designs for $5 on the big toe, now it is $60 for a design, this is outrageous. So I told them I did not want a design and just asked to paint by girls toes two different colors. The young girl came and told me that if the lady tech messes up painting the two different colors then they will not fix it and use more nail polish and we will have to accept it as it, I’m like wow.. Who can’t paint the toe two different colors this is basic painting. When we came to pay they charged us for a design. The lady owner and young girl at the front desk were very nasty and rude for no reason at all. They say their workers do not do the designs and they can’t make them, really? This use to be a nice place, but it is not about the customer anymore not to mention the unprofessionalism and rudeness was not caused for. I’ve given them several chances to correct themselves, but I’m not coming back here anymore.

I will never go back. Lady who did my pedicure did the wrost job painted my toes like a 5 year old polish all over the place. The purpose of painting your toenails is to get polish on the nail. And I’m pretty sure I was served to tap water. The same lady waxed and dye my eyebrows but she used the lightest color so you can’t hardly tell she did anything. I was charged $140 . What a waste of money. Next time I’ll goto CoCo up the street. It new and its way cleaner,

Came here got my nails done the lady didn’t even know what she was doing . Durring Christmas season they hire whoever to do people nails . She couldn’t even do the design I wanted. I stayed there for almost 4 hours and my nail’s wasn’t done right. And when i complained they started speaking the dialect. It’s horrible. Customer service care is 0. I went back next day and had to pay to get my design fix . It’s rediculous

Was not at all happy. The gal rushed through doing my nails. They were alone shorter than I wanted. So squared it hurts, and super bubbled they don’t look natural like I wanted. For the price I paid, was absolutely not worth it and I literally walked out in tears. Acrylic nails
