The tech who did my nails was so nice and did an excellent job! Her name was Bee, and I was her last client of the night but she made sure to do a very thorough job. She was quick too; I was out within an hour. She made sure that the design was exactly what I wanted. Thank you! Will definitely be back!

This is my third time going to Venice nails! In love with salon!!! Atmosphere is just amazing. My nail artist (NU) is the best I’ve ever had coming from someone who is high maintenance and very choosy and particular!! I honestly can say I’ve changed over 20 nails salons but this is where i will be coming from now on. Not too mention their customer service was absolutely astonishing! Thanks again NU!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWhat I asked for versus what I got. I came in to get an acrylic manicure done for my wedding, which I expressed to the 2 people working on my nails, that I am getting married and that is what the manicure is for.. And I left in tears.. For one the color is all wrong, I asked for pink and I got orange. The quality is poor, they didn’t cut my cuticles, didn’t even bother to push back my cuticles. The nails are not even to each other. I had 2 different people work on my nails and I still left with them looking like this. Once the first person did a few nails I stopped them and told them I do not like them. And that they are wrong. I expressed my concern to the other person and they just told me it will be okay they will make it better for me. And refused to change or fix them. I wanted them to stop I was prepared to walk out with half a hand done it was so bad.. but they did not let me and said ” it’s okay I will make good for you” and they still charged me full price. $80 and insisted that they looked “so nice and just like the picture”. Needless to say I went home and had a friend remove them and ended up just doing a home manicure because there was no more time to go anywhere else. Absolutely would highly recommend Venice nail studio especially if you want to relax and have the best experience. Helen and Lauren who did my sister and I’s pedicures were very helpful when we had questions and even called us by our names the entire visit after introductions. Extremely hospitable and beautiful clean salon. I added on a 10 minute neck and shoulder massage and it was incredible!!!! Absolutely visit this salon in citrus heights/Sacramento area. I will be back for a pedicure and more services in the future.

I’ve never had a more positive experience with a nail salon than I did with this place. I called on Friday evening to make an appointment for a manicure for myself and my roommate for Saturday morning. I talked to Andy on the phone and he was adamant about making our first time there as good as possible, as well as eagerly answering all of my questions. He booked me with himself and my roommate with Bee (who also did a great job), he removed my old set painlessly, worked with me on the design and gave me so many options. He made sure I was getting what I wanted. At the end he massaged and moisturized my hands and wrapped them in hot towels. This place definitely gives you luxury vibes.

I loved the look of the place and the employee provide great service. Kim was my nail tech and she was very kind, however when I was indecisive about the color, she insisted to keep the colors I had originally chosen. The colors themselves are objectively pretty, but I didn’t think they suited me. Other than that I think the service was great and I have no other complaints.
