They do an amazing job every time and I’ve had several different people do my nails. The pictures show just a few. I also had the best pedicure I’ve ever had here. I have been going to Venice for almost a year now. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They do an amazing job every time and I’ve had several different people do my nails. The pictures show just a few. I also had the best pedicure I’ve ever had here. They also have a wide variety of beverages to enjoy. I always look forward to going and feel so pampered.

This was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. From start to finish the staff were pleasant and kind. Very welcoming when I called to ask if they take walk-ins, then no wait! Molly did a great job on my pedicure and I got a hot stone massage on my legs. The massage chairs were also great! I was very happy with my experience, and I will be going back.

Went here two weeks ago and got gel nails. Within a day it bubbled and peeled (3 nails). Came back to get them fixed. A few days later the gel bubbled and or cracked causing my weak nail beds to bread which led to my length shortening on 3 nails. I didn’t have an experience like this at other mail shops and I assumed my window of opportunity for repair was more than likely over but I wasn’t sure. Not even sure if I wanted to go back for repair anyway given the low quality of gel that was initially performed. Won’t visit again.

Booked an appointment several days in advance for 1:00pm on Friday as I knew I would have a tight schedule going into the weekend. A nail tech did not start on my nails until almost 1:30pm. The nail tech that finally came over stated that someone did not show up for work and this is why I have a wait. If that is the case, why would someone not call about this as soon as it was known for the day? When I asked for a slight discount for my wait, the nail tech stated I would have to speak to the manager. I did not want to make a scene and am still planning on calling in. It is poor customer service to seat your client in a chair and just let them sit there as everyone else’s services are being completed. The two shop assistants were literally standing there feet away from me at the register and no updates were given to me. After waiting for almost 20 minutes and not being acknowledged by anyone at all, I asked for one of the assistants if I could have one of their complimentary sodas, as it looked as if nothing else was going to happen. So disappointed because my time is valuable and definitely looking for another place to go.

This is the best place I have ever gone to. They did an awesome job! I am so happy. They are soooo clean. This is the place to go. I had my manicure done by David. Great man. Also my pedicure by Lan. What a great lady. Everyone is nice. I really want to stress how clean they are. If you have had bad experiences in other places these people will definitely make it all better. I did the SNS for my manicure. They look Great! I recommend this place to all. Free slushy Margaritas was a plus! Thank you again!

I received a regular nail polish manicure & pedicure from Lan. She did a great job all while sitting in the pedicure chair. My manicure was also done in the same spot; my hands propped up on a pillow.

I don’t think I’ll ever go to another nail salon! I always go with my bestie and when we walk in, there’s never a wait to get in a chair AND we don’t even need to request our drinks anymore. They see us and immediately start making mimosas! They are also very personable. They ask us about our kids and family, etc. they’re really great!
