The owner JASON is very rude! He put acrylic nails on my daughter for her graduation and when it was time to remove them , he definitely did not know what he was doing. Her manicure afterwards was also terrible and the nail polish was piled on and gunky. He ruined her natural nails. When we called to let them know he refused to give a refund and even redo the nails. His wife also lied stating she told my daughter that was the process and it would mess up her nails. I will never go back to get any service from them again.

Critical: ProfessionalismI was here on January 14th with an appointment. I’ve been here twice before this particular visit. Jason “greeted” me by asking what service I was there for (the last two times I was there he acted the exact same, not very friendly). I told him my name and appointment time as I was looking through polish colors. He rushed me from choosing a color so he could start my nails. No big deal I brought the swatches to his station to continue looking, everything was okay until he attempted to remove 1 of my 2 broken acrylic nails with a steak knife. He slid the knife between the acrylic and my natural nail without holding down the acrylic portion against my nail bed. I immediately said that hurt and then saw he was using a steak knife. I asked could he use a nail to slide under instead. He told me no this is the only way it can be removed. I’ve been getting my nails done for 26yrs NEVER has a nail technician used a steak knife as a manicure tool, like that’s not even sanitary, and that is NOT how you remove broken nails. He immediately got an attitude because I said it hurt, yelled out in his language to another technician (Jennifer I believe) to finish and told me to move to her seat. When leaving, I confronted him about his poor customer service and he said I shouldn’t tell him what tools he can use to do his job and I shouldn’t tell him how to do my nails. I told him I’m not sitting there in pain and that if I’m paying for a service I have a say in how I want the service done. He basically told me he didn’t care and had this attitude as if he were above me. I told him I was leaving a review and he said okay whatever, no apology nothing. It’s a shame he acted this way since the rest of the staff were a lot nicer but I will not spend another dollar at a business who treats their customer’s in this unprofessional and condescending way. His work definitely isn’t good enough to put up with his poor attitude. Critical: Professionalism, Value1st time customer as a walk in & was bit leary due to the more recent reviews not being as positive But wanted to check them out since they were so close to home. Unfortunately it was not the best experience as I felt really rushed my whole pedicure took a max of 20 minutes as the tech JENNIFER was not very pleasant, didn’t smile & was a bit rude for no reason. The whole place felt outdated & cold. The other older lady/tech there she really took her time with the other customer who was there probably a good 15 min before me & I was done under the dryer while the lady was STILL sitting in chair receiving her pedicure…that’s how fast my pedicure was rushed. I was hoping to rely like this place & tip well but I will be taking my money and time elsewhere. Do better Jennifer. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueOn my first visit I had a nail emergency, I had gone to a “self taught” artist and they butchered my nails. It was painful to remove but I put the previous tech at fault. I was satisfied with the results so I returned, my second visit was completely different, it took 3 hours to get a fill in and design. The day after the design and gems started falling off, the gel polish bubbled up in certain spots and lifted. I was holding on until I could get back in to fix my nails, when I had to remove dinner from the oven using oven mittens I removed a casserole dish and when I removed the mittens that where just warm not hot, my nails had morphed like plastic does when placed in heat. On my first visit I had a nail emergency, I had gone to a “self taught” artist and they butchered my nails. It was painful to remove but I put the previous tech at fault. I was satisfied with the results so I returned, my second visit was completely different, it took 3 hours to get a fill in and design. Love this nail shop! The staff is always very friendly and attentive. The shop is cute and clean. (They use plastic liners in the pedicure bowls, which is a must for me.) The pedicures are the best! I love that the pedicures are thorough and never rushed. Last, Jennifer is the only person that I let touch my eyebrows!
