So let me start by saying the customer service was amazing. I came right in and got in a chair where I felt welcomed. However, the quality of the service they provided was questionable. The shaping was off, the nails were lumpy, the nail on my punky finger was too small, and I was left with this crust all over my fingers. Not to mention my thumb was bleeding from my cuticle being cut. Nevertheless, they were comforting and sweet the entire time. Granted, she did an amazing recreation of the style I wanted but the execution needs a bit of work. I would recommend coming here for more simple styles.

I was so so happy with how beautiful my nails came out. They took their time and made sure I liked how they looked before they moved forward with each step. Such a relaxing environment with tons of colors to chose from. And not expensive AT ALL! I will 100% be returning here from now on. Also, love the point system they use. Shout out to my bestie Jen for the recommendation!

Absolutely love Venice Nail Bar! The staff is delightful and super friendly. Also, the color selection for both gel and dip are outstanding – with the hardest part deciding on which color to pick from the many many choices! This afternoon, I got a spa pedicure that was a wonderful pampering – the massage was amazing and lasted enough time to really be able to appreciate and relax. I was able to tune out the world and listen to their fun 80s music while enjoying my nail techs masterful hands! Oh and another nice things about Venice is that you don’t need to make an appointment in advance as they are always willing to fit you in, if you are patient 😉 Definitely highly recommend !!! Can’t wait for my next ‘treat yo self” afternoon!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityFirst time customer and what a great experience. Such a friendly atmosphere. Able to accommodate me, my daughter and hubby without a reservation, we only waited about 10 mins. My ombre came out great and my daughters stiletto Cruella Devil nails nails were perfect. She never had her nails done before so the made them little shorter so she could function. Al, the owners husband ran around grabbing me and another women colors, never making us feel rushed or uneasy. Overall it was a good experience. I think it was slightly pricey, but I also haven’t had my nails done in a while so it’s be the same as other salons my husband overstayed his massage chair after his pedicure and noone ever told him to get up. I use to come here to get pedicures and gel manicures, but when i started getting acrylics here my opinion about this place completely changed. They filed my nail down so low it was basically the skin under my nail beds. I know that getting your nails filed down comes with the territory of getting acrylics but this was unbelievable. You could pretty much tear my nail like a piece of paper. since then (this was 2 months ago) my nails have been growing back in literal layers. I used to have strong healthy nails. They also cut me multiple times, didn’t push back my cuticles or cut them and left me with hangnails, which i didn’t come in with.

I am disappointed with my last visit. I been going there for so long! I am a loyal customer. I got a 10% off coupon through text, the text said it was good for ANY/EVERY service. When I tried to use it, they told me it’s NOT good for eye brows. The text stated it was good for everything as long as you are paying with cash. I am just disappointed because the texts are misleading. For loyal customers, they should honor those promotions.

I usually don’t complain and keep my comments to myself but this was terrible. I was stuck with a worker that was fairly new you can tell she didn’t know what she was doing I was literally picking up nail tools trying to help her it was so bad. When I told another lady about it she told me give her a chance and I did. Not even a week later my nails are all lifting after spending $50. I was not happy at all and they still had the audacity to ask how am I leaving the tip?
