I grew up in Raleigh and have been to many nail salons in the area, but I was never really impressed by any salon. That is until I went to Venice Nail Bar yesterday! Every staff member was so nice and friendly. The cleanliness and hygiene are top-notch. I saw Tyler for a gel manicure, and he did a phenomenal job!!! I haven’t been this happy with a manicure in a long time. I met a friend right after the appointment, and the first thing she mentioned was how amazing my nails looked! Thanks, Tyler and Venice Nail Bar for a fantastic experience! I can’t wait to go back!

It has been EXTRAORDINARILY difficult to find a quality salon that performs Gel-X services in the triangle. I am so happy I found Venice Nail Bar! It’s really easy to make an appointment online at your convenience and the salon is very clean. Tiffany is awesome and does my nails very quickly and efficiently. They turn out beautiful and they never have issues with lifting, cracking, etc. Definitely check out if you like Gel-X!

I really loved visiting this place until my previous experience. I had an 90 minute acrylic full set with design appointment with the owner Jenny which I made online 2 weeks ago . When I arrived she was working with a client and in the mean time she ask someone to put on my tips for my full set. This was fine for me , but little did I know she would never attempt to do my nails. After the tips were placed I asked the gentleman would she still be doing my nails as that’s who I made the appointment with . He replied yes. Although he replied yes , Jenny never came to do my nails. She worked on one of her clients whom she knew more who came in way after me and never checked in with me to see if it was okay for him to do my whole nail appointment. I felt disregarded and put to the side. I don’t let just anyone do my nails . I made the appointment with her for my birthday nails and never even got to get anything but color because I never got to work with the nail tech I asked for. I feel that this should not happen to anyone else. Old customer ,New customer, and some time customers should all be treated equally. If they book an appointment with a certain person that’s who they should have do it or at least be asked if it is okay to switch. I’ve had her work several times and it was great and that’s why I went back but I’m not sure if I want to bring anyone here if they won’t be able to get the person they asked for.

It is actually with a heavy heart that I leave this review. Our first two visits were exceptional, however today’s visit was disheartening. Our nail tech, Jenny, arrived nearly half an hour late. She called to say that she would be a little late…but half an hour? She did not apologize for her tardiness.

Taken my daughter here a few times for gel manicures (one color or French), and we also did summer pedicures. Everyone we’ve had has been great and nails have been gorgeous. The salon is very clean, sterilized tools, well organized, I love that they often have Great British Bake Off on mute with subtitles on the TV’s. Relaxing, lovely place with staff who do great work. Book ahead online as they do get booked up.

I found this nail salon while looking for a place that offers GEL X nails (soft gel) or (apres nails). I have had my nails done for 20 plus years and NOTHING COMPARES to the strength, durability and look of Gel X nails. The appearance and health of my natural nail has drastically improved using GEL X. I will never have acrylic again. Jenny does my nails at Venice Nails. Her skills are AMAZING! Thank you Venice Nail Bar for making my nails look fabulous every time! ❤️
