The wonderful personality, explaining the options for different treatments, to the calming environment during the massage. I’ve enjoyed going to this Spa since my first visit. Today was my first time having a massage and Jackie was exceptional. Thank you V D Spa for a wonderful treatment this afternoon!

She was thorough with her work, for every step along the way and gave me loads of helpful information about my hair type, porosity, etc. and both provided and demonstrated tips & advice for addressing my personal haircare concerns and styling struggles. I have difficult hair to work with, and after her work it became so soft, and light. I recommend Kiaya to the highest degree if you are looking for true excellence.
