The massage for the legs was painful, the arm massage was a lot of chopping and not massaging, then the polish for my nails is horrible. I have paint on the skin around my nails AND my snowflake design looks like a child drew it. 🙁 paid $100 and not happy. Will not be back! Also I asked for eyebrow waxing and they never did it. Great customer care, but poor quality of service. First, this place has excellent customer service. I can not complain at all about that. However, the quality of nail service is lacking. This is because they consistently overbook people. It doesn’t matter whether you have an appointment or not, you will be treated the same. They rush to get you out of the chair as fast as possible and do not provide what you ask for. I need my nail powder to be on the thicker side because i use my hands a lot. It is too time-consuming to return for repairs, which they do not like doing. In addition, if you find someone you like (which i did, twice) do not bother putting their name in your profile because the third time you go, they will be gone. I redo my nails twice a month, and I gave this location so many opportunities (10 months) to give me the experience I was looking for because they do validate your concerns and try to give you what you need, but I think they fail because they take on too many clients and have high turnover. So, if you are just looking for quick service, plenty of alcohol, and don’t mind being treated like just a number, you will enjoy this place. But, if you want that personal touch and for it to be done with care and precision, you will not find that here.

Got exactly what I wanted but I did say to please do short and she showed me the length i said ok than she moved up so it now long. Wish the shape was more on point tho. Overall pretty good service and experience. I recommend.! Acrylic nails

Lady cut me so many times and its so painful.. the nail itself is also so sharp And veryyy thick! Terrible job and lady didn’t even take her time.. she finished in 20 min and was just terrible. Never going back

I have been here 20+ times. Service is always okay. But today is my last time. I went in for a gel pedicure and manicure. I asked several times during my pedicure when the manicure would be started and kept being told they were on the way. My pedicure was complete and my nail tech asked the manager if she could go ahead and do my nails since no one was there yet and she was told no she had to go help someone else. So far I’m at 1 hour and 15 minutes, pedicure complete and still no manicure in sight. I was just asked by the front desk if I wanted to complete my service – well it’s 6:45pm on a Monday. Where else am I going to go now ? Absolutely ridiculous. I would totally understand if they told me when it checked in, but this is a total bait and switch and not okay.

I’m never stepping foot back in this place again. Their prices aren’t consistent. Some nail tech rip you off. The manager Kim is nice but she has no clue what she is doing. You can’t run late for your appt but they can be 30 minutes late to yours. Their nail tech are okay but I’ve had better. I gave them try after try. I’m done

I have been going here for about a year. I usually ask for unique designs and/or color combinations and the techs usually try hard to give me what I ask for. Lucy is my favorite tech because everytime I bring her some crazy picture I found online she always produces exactly what I want. She is definitely worthy of 5 stars!!!

Welcoming was good, but the service was horrible, was there today for the first time and I will not go back they rush you through and dnt pay attention to what the customer need. I guess there are a few good employees but the other bad apples are messing up the place.
