Anna provided me with the very best service. All staff members are friendly and welcoming. All staff wear masks. There are dividers set between guests and the workers for health and safety. Clean premises inside and outside. I was able to get in as a walk in for a mani and pedi without a wait. It does get pretty busy quickly though. I had fast and thorough service. I was pleased with my mani and pedi and plan to return. I would recommend coming here.

The place is clean, they always accommodate my last minute call for my need to have my nails done. My favorite tech is Mini, she does a really good job and always takes her time. Price is reasonable also.

Critical: QualityHad a shellac pedicure and dip manicure here. The pedicure was great and turned out well. It did take a long time. My dip manicure was not a great experience. He used a different color than I picked out and when I asked about it he just said “oh yeah this is not the same color you picked.” And proceeded to keep using it. My nails are not all filed the same length and shaped the same. The dip is crumbly off less than a week after getting them done. At the end he asked me if I liked them and I told him no. He said he took off $10, but looking at my receipt and their prices, it does not appear he gave me a discount for his mistake. I was there for a little over three hours (5:15pm to almost 8:30pm). Critical: QualityNew to the area, went for mani/pedi with a new set of acrylics. They cut one too short, told her it was too short, they cut the rest appropriately, but then filed them down to match her error. Ended up with short, stubby nails!! What is the point of fake nails when they are shorter than your real ones! Have had my nails done 100 times, never complained once until now….completely unacceptable.
