Not gonna lie I was warned about this place but it’s been years so I decided to try again for something as simple as a color change. I asked for thin French tip and even showed a picture to the lady and of course there were communication barriers that no one tried to solve. She did it too thick and when I tried to correct her she grabbed my foot back and just said “no no.” Not only was it a thick French it just doesn’t look good. Also did not ask if I was satisfied with what I got like most nail artists do. This experience just gave me the confirmation not to return.

There are only certain nail techs here that can ACTUALLY do nails. Some of them should not be doing nails at all and clearly need more training. One in particular, is the lady that does pedicures and pedicures only. Every single time she does my pedicures, I have to return back. She applies the polish much too thick. So thick that even wearing shoes causes the polish to mess up well after the pedicure. I will not be going back for this service. How hard is it to polish toe nails? If I’m going to waste money for a simple task as this, I can do this at home. Ridiculous. To the staff, if you know she can’t apply polish well, perhaps she is great at another service, but customers should not have to settle for much less because someone clearly needs more training.

Went into this salon to receive a full face wax. I honestly knew from the beginning that getting waxed at a nail salon was a horrible idea, but was desperate due to excess hair growth and not being able to get an appointment with the person who usually does my waxes. I had been to this salon before to get a pedicure and had never had an issue so I figured everything would be ok. Halfway through my wax, Wendy stated that bumps were starting to appear on my face but she believed it was because of the amount of hair that I had and that she had something for it. Trusting this statement I let her continue to finish. After she was finished, but before revealing her work, she assured me that my face looked much better than before which was a total lie. She finally gave me a mirror to see and my face was swollen and broken out in hives to the point that I was almost unrecognizable. I told her this had never happened before and asked what kind of wax was used, she stated, “coffee wax”. It has now been 3 days and my face is still swollen and broken out, even after taking Benadryl and doing a few home remedies. After consulting with a licensed esthetician, I truly believe this salon isn’t following proper sanitation guidelines. I wish there was an option to give ZERO stars because after this experience 1 star is being way too modest. If you’re considering getting waxed at this salon please please reconsider and go to someone you know for a FACT is licensed in that field.

Will never go here again. They are rude and rough handling when it comes to your feet. Wait is ridiculous even in non peak hours. I was there at 1:30 for pedi mani. Left at 4:06 no mani. Horrible customer service. I had a gift certificate next time I will sell it.

I loved it. Got jealous of my sister getting a pedicure. They used real orange slices, hot rocks, a real massague of her legs and wrapped her feet. It looked so relaxing. She deserved it. Nails were done right too!! Right shape right design. Thanks crew
