Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst, let me start by saying, I have been trying different nail techs at this place the last 4 months.All of them seem to be the same with cutting corners, not polishing correctly, and not shaping evenly. The pedicure here is wonderful done by Kent only… the one guy I have tried two times for my hands, ANDY- is an absolute mess! He is impatient, always needing cigarettes, acting impulsive, and represents deep anger management, which he took out on me today when I told him the present design on my nail was not what I was hoping for and asked to redo it, then he told me “ I’ve spent to much time on your nails already, Tammy must help you now.” This guy was doing nothing else except losing his patience, and truly the reason he lost it was because every color I kept picking he came back and said choose another.He did not file them even, they are all different lengths and I had to wait another 20 minutes for Tammy “the manager” to fix the one middle finger nail. She didn’t believe Andy was being inappropriate, however he was, and he was rude, and made me feel super uncomfortable, her answer was simply, Kent will do for me next time. Sadly, there is never going to be a next time there. I will not waste anymore time or money on this establishment.The one girl who did my sisters, Linda, said Tammy was the owner, I asked the receptionist for the owners email, and she refused to give it, I asked her why they were still charging me full price when every nail was messed up, and she called the manager who didn’t offer a discount, in what business practice is it normal for someone to not know the owner? Or have the link and information to get to customer service?Clearly, this one. I will tell you, this nail salon is definitely not for the people the want their hands to look amazing or even just good. I paid the invoice, however, I wish management would have been there to offer even a discount since this service was not what I wanted or ordered. Critical: Quality, ValueI have been to this salon many times and had fairly good experiences for the most part. Today I got the worst gel manicure I’ve ever received. Kent was so rough that he actually cut me, filed my nails way too short to the point it was painful, couldn’t keep a consistent shape even though I asked for square, and they were extremely messy (all pictured). When I mentioned it at check out, someone examined my nails and said they could re-do them. I don’t know how you’re supposed to re-do cutting me and filing my nails too short… kind of too late to fix those problems. The pretty salon isn’t worth the mediocre job they do. I have been to this salon many times and had fairly good experiences for the most part. Today I got the worst gel manicure I’ve ever received. Kent was so rough that he actually cut me, filed my nails way too short to the point it was painful, couldn’t keep a consistent shape even though I asked for square, and they were extremely messy (all pictured).
