Never once disappointed with Venetian! My nails always came out to be what I wanted and they last so long great service and I always have Ms. Diana to do them for me They always catch up with the new trend too! Here is the pictures of my nails when I got them done. The more complicated design can take a little bit longer in the process, and the ombré glitter is just gorgeous

I stopped in because I was in the area. Told the man up front twice that I needed gel removed and regular polish back on. The first lady prepped the foils and went off to do a pedicure, but only after she told me how ugly the color I picked was. 25 minutes later, I finally asked the man when they would be getting to my manicure. He caught an attitude with me and sent someone over. This was the end result. My nails were long before I went in. They’re not even, not the same shape, and she didn’t even clean up my fingers afterwards. Very disappointing.

Atmosphere is lovely and everyone is nice, but whew the quality is just not it. If you can’t do nail designs, as simple as they may be, just say so. Would much rather stick to a single color than have my time and money be wasted.Reference photo vs what I got……They’re not even flowers at this point lol.

I usually don’t post reviews but there comes a point where bragging to friends and buying people gift cards isn’t enough for me. This place deserves public recognition! If you’re looking for a place, but are hesitant.. STOP looking and go! This nail spa is EVERYTHING! I used to like to try different places but when I got my nails done here, I had to go back!

The atmosphere is very nice, but the attitudes and price gouging is ridiculous. My last service was mediocre at best, (my boyfriend brought me here, on a busy day) but I decided to give them another try. I came to get a “refill” with a nail repair. GINA was very upset about how my nails look and insisted that I went somewhere else. I told her no I’ve been coming here for some time now. She calls over her peer and discuss how the shape was done poorly. So she then states who did the nails, I told her I don’t remember but I will remember you. Then things turn left, she starts handling my hands all rough, and then acts as if she’s just trying to file my nails. It’s time to pay and I get charged $50. The guy states it’s because of the “cut down”. I never received a cut down, she only filed my nails, which is part of a refill! The place is nice but the service is Trash.

I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! I was hoping to experience the Signature Pedicure that includes an extra massage. I left with a good bit of dead skin and and a hang nail that was still in place! My daughter had who was sitting in the chair next to me was finished before I was! She too had cuticle and a good bit of dead skin! The young man running the register told me he would check the time and that a SIGNATURE Pedi should last 20-30! Well, we have had several similar experiences there and will not be returning!

Miss V did the most amazing job on my first ever facial. This is the most relaxed I’ve ever felt in my life! I bought my mom, aunt & boyfriend’s mom a gift certificate to get facials here as well.
