I love this place! It’s an entire experience! Upon entry or if you call in you are immediately greeted by Simon. He is the kindest and will absolutely work with you and your schedule to get you booked for all your spa needs. Jolene does the most amazing lashes! She educates you on lash care and somehow always finds the perfect shape to fit your face. She does amazing wax services and she’s always my go to gal. Steven has amazing talent! He’s precise and works quickly and his nails stay in tact for weeks to come. Tweety is amaaazing! She does amazing pedicures (massages) and wax services as well. There is also Katie who is insanely gifted! She creates crazy freehand designs and her work is just astonishing! I’ll show her a pic and she brings it to life – on MY HANDS! I love it. This was the result from my last visit with Katie! I’ll definitely be coming here for years to come!

I can never say anything bad about this place. All the staff are my favorite. Simon is in the front and he runs a smooth shop. Always great service and good quality. For almost 2 years this has been the most reliable and consistent place. Definitely an upscale place for the upscale person.

I was assisted by Steve to do my nails. I came out crying from this place. He was very rude , zero patience! and sarcastic. If you come here to relax, get spoiled, have your nails done with a design DO NOT be assisted by STEVE! . I asked if I can turn the massage chair, he replied ” do you want to get cut ? ” and rolled his eyes. I asked him to try 2 different glitters to see wich one would go best and ” he said no you said no to powder too late” He mis treated me like he wanted to be done fast. I understand their English is not that great. English is my second language. But I do not agree with his rude attitude!

Best nail salon in Katy/Fulshear area. Guy at front desk could be a bit nicer, but honestly I get it- he’s just doing his job, and the customer base is crabby white southern women in their forties.

The lady’s are nice and have done a good job for me. My problem is that last 3 times I was in there I pay and extra fee for things that I never asked or didn’t get done. Every time he finds a way to charge me extra. This time was extra because they removed the old gel ( got it done there) to get a new color; not sure if it’s a new thing but he had never charge me for that and I get the same thing done every time.

My daughter went there to get nails done with two sisters. If she would have called me about going there I would have told her no. (Our usual place didnt have openings) And they did it again! They charged for stuff that was not told to her! My daughters didnt ask for said thing that was done and they were charged. I am so upset because I have experienced that myself with my youngest daughter sitting next to me and not telling me “Hey by the way this will cost more.” If you go to VENETIAN, ask how much every little damn thing is, even is they say hello to you , they may charge for that. I refuse to go there! This is just me venting and letting y’all know, be careful when going there. I posted this on my ladies page of our community, looks like others have been done the same way too. ITS THEIR WAY OF BUSINESS!

Steve did a horrible job and was sarcastic the whole time with my wife to the point that she left crying. Would not let my wife pick her colors and would not let her turn on the massage chair. When she asked if she could he stated to her “do you want to get cut”.

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I am writing this review while sitting in the chair being worked on. These women are the absolute rudest workers I have ever encountered. The staff that worked on my mani/pedi were continuously laughing and glaring at me and my companions. The worst offender was the woman who completed my manicure. She tossed around my hand and belongings and demanded I provide her with a full picture of the color I chose, instead of the full color code I provided her. She then brought the samples to me and made me find the color again, even though the code was clearly shown in the photo. She did not even come back with my color. Next, she rudely picked up and shook my mothers purse to get her to move it, practically tossing it into her lap. All she said was “move please”. The behavior may have been excusable if the mani/pedi had been done well. During my dip manicure, the woman repeatedly hit my raw skin with the grinder. She also left top coat and polish hardened down my finger and I had to ask her to remove it. She would’ve walked away and left it that way if I hadn’t have called her back. We will never be coming back.

ZERO customer service… i have been here a few times and I keep coming back because they do a good job with my nails. But EVERY TIME I leave feeling upset about how they treat customers. You can’t comment about what shape You want or what color You prefer because they seem upset. Today I asked why the color looks so different from the one I picked. The guy was so upset and blamed me for not telling him before (he had done just the first step of a few nails and I thought maybe the color changes with the process and the shine so I did not mentioned it before but it was very obvious the color he was using was way darker than the one I picked) i ended up paying $50 for nails I DID NOT like just so he would not talk to me the way he was talking to me anymore. Another time a lady actually said to me “let me do my job” when I asked if she could do shorter nails.
