I had Nicole and she was amazing! My boyfriend and I got the same exact organic pedicure and we were very disappointed with his technician, first she was 15-20 min late for the appointment and she finished with my boyfriend so much sooner than my technician finished with me. I got a 15 min massage at least and amazing care and attention to my comfort, he got MAYBE a 5 minute massage and overall a slap dash service with his technician Laura, she was leaving every few minutes to go do other things. The massage is the best part of the service and he got totally jipped. Again we ordered the same exact service. Night and day difference between our experiences. Nicole, awesome, Laura (I don’t know if you had a bad day girl but you were slacking) my service start to finish was about 60 min. His was MAYBE 35? Bummed.

Donna did absolutely fabulous on my manicure and pedicure! I love it, wanted a natural look and it’s fabulous!!! Update! This is the third time I’ve had Donna, she is beyond fabulous, always does a perfect job, if you can request her! You will not be disappointed!

I had a 4pm apt. They told me they were running ten minutes behind. 20 minutes later came over and the same girl asked me if I checked in yet?! Took me back to pedicure area and another woman was sitting in the chair she had set up for me. She told her to move and told me to sit down, no sanitizing or wiping down or changing the towel the other woman had her feet on. I had to ask for it to be changed. The water was cold, I told them and they switched it out. The technician was nice and did great work and I tipped her well. The girl at the front desk walked up to me at 4:45 and saw I was on the phone and said “can I check you out?” Mind you, the tech hasn’t even begun painting my toes. I asked her to give me a moment while I finished my call I just answered. She came back again and asked at 5pm, clearly trying to rush me out saying she has to close out the register. I paid cash, she brought back my change and handed it to me without saying a word. I sat under the fan drying my toes, she came and sprayed cleaning supplies near me while the other staff left and one woman stared at me making me feel uncomfortable that I was letting my pedicure dry for three minutes.

I have been coming to Venetian for months now and Val and Sofia are wonderful! They are good at what they do and take such good care of me! The front desk girls also know me by name. It’s very welcoming and relaxing even though it’s a busy salon. Definitely worth trying out! Pedicure, Manicure

I’m new to the area and was looking for a basic mani, pedi. The staff and Nina, who did my nails were very friendly. The facility is very clean organized. Numerous polishes to choose from- regular and gel. There was little to no wait on a Thursday after work but I’d probably book an appointment online next time since that is an option. My nails look perfect and it was a great experience!
