I am so disappointed! I’m new to the area so the location of the Venetian was the reason for choosing to try them out first. I went in as a walk-in, receptionist and facilities are great, I was immediately directed to a chair and did not have to wait long before the gal was working on my pedicure. After removing the old polish she asked if I wanted my nails cut, to which I said, “yes, please, just a bit.” She only took about half of the obvious new growth of the first big toe and I told her I thought she could take a little more, but she then went in and started to take too much, I pulled my foot away and asked her to just file them. She did very little filing. My toenails were left way too long and uneven with pointy corners. I don’t think she even filed the two outside toes of either foot. The excessive tearing and ripping of the cuticles and the skin at the nail edges was so uncomfortable that I started to sweat. The paint looks terrible! Look at the pinky toe of my left foot! I’m including photos so you can clearly see how awful the pedicure that I just received late yesterday afternoon looks today, not even 24 hours later. I couldn’t truly see how terrible it was until I had come home to see with my glasses on, and especially today you can see the ripped up skin around some of the nails. I’ve never been this uncomfortable during (and especially the day after) a pedicure. I paid extra for the scented pedi with hot rocks and gave a $10 tip. I’m definitely not going back. The person had absolutely nothing to say, even when she finished, she just packed up her things and moved onto the next person waiting for a manicure. Also, when I had first sat down, she asked if I would like something to drink, but she didn’t bring the bottle of water until she was done and packing up to do the next job. I couldn’t take it any longer… I messed up the awful paint job even more trying to get my flip flops on to get out of there. I feel like I just threw $62 out the window and now I’ve got to figure out where I can go to fix these toes without throwing more money out the window. This will not do for my son’s wedding! So disappointed!!!

I walked in & asked for a full set. Had me sit in #10 I chose 2 different designs/pictures none of which they could do so settled on this basic one. Lady was super nice, place is very clean. She was very rough when filing & buffing everyone knows after you take your old set off your nails are tender. I was charged EIGHTY DOLLARS for this!! That’s right $80! $10 for the “long” nails & $10 for the “shape” & $10 for 2 colors I can’t tell if I have polka dots, balloon shapes, or hearts on my nails. Price was outrageous. New set is $50 ok would I have to pay extra for “long” nails (what is considered long??) in my opinion this isn’t long, or would I have to pay extra if I just got square? You tell me if what I wanted & what I got are the same?

Maggie did my acrylic nails and she did such an amazing job. I am very picky and do not like nails that are too thick or have imperfections in the shape of the nail. She exceeded my expectations and was able to do the exact design I showed her on Pintrest. Love the almond shape she gave me and the nails are perfect, not too thick. Very happy with the service and the salon was not only beautiful but very clean.

First and last time I go there. Lady started doing my nails I noticed she placed one crooked and I let her know I noticed it bother her and she proceeded to tell me it was my finger lol which I responded yes I do have that but that’s not the finger I was telling her about, she did take the fake nail off but with an attitude so at that point I told her it was okay if she couldn’t take it off. She kept telling me to relax my hand which I was being careful for when she would moved my hand to move to the other finger to not touch her nails which it happened a few times, she continued to tell me to relax and I finally told her is because I was being careful for it to not touch her nails and she said one of my mail is kinda messed up because I don’t listen, I get it she was in a rush and what not but I’m also a paying customer and therefore deserved to get a nice job or at least something that I like. My nails came out way shorter than what I had told her, worse experience I’ve had at any nail salon definitely didn’t feel comfortable with her, her attitude was just not it.

I went in for a simple white tip almond shape nail, the nail tech brought out some really long pointy tips , not looking like I’d like them for what I wanted . Anyways she did. Not shape my nails correctly, some look. Crooked , some are longer than other hand , she didn’t really do anything good for the price I paid , I am calling the owner and need something done asap . Or I will not be doing business there anymore , Also they keep changing nail techs not good at all

Me and my daughter went in for manicure and pedicure . The nail techs acted as if they where in a rush. My daughters gel nail polish was peeling off the next day… my dip nails have cracks… & to top it off they tried to overcharge me $$$. I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO THERE. Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicures

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The worst place I have ever been to. Asked tech if she could do design, and she said she she could but ended up not knowing what she was doing. They came out absolutely horrid and chipped w in hours of leaving the salon. Please read reviews first so you don’t end up losing out on money for a set that was terrible and then having to go else where to fix a mistake that could have been avoided in the first place if she would have just beeen honest that she only knows how to do sets from the 1960’s
