This salon is getting worsein service. I used to come here and have nails done with a young girl for a while. After she left because she said the owner took her tips. I tried different nail technicians, but i don’t like it much. This is my worst gel manicure that i have done in my life. The manager told me Vivian was really good. I gave her a tried, but the result was opposite. My gel nails were peeled off after 2 days from the conners and cuticle area. All my cuticles are drying and had left a lot of skin, she didn’t clean them well, so i had to cut it myself at home after that. In addition, Vivian didn’t do any hand massage at all, she put some lotion and clean with towel only. Terrible customer service. She didn’t ask me any drink and rushing on my gel manicure to get another customer. She talked in her language with her coworkers after i told her to reshape some nails. She was so rude. I and my friends will not come back here any more. Wasting money. I will try someother salons in the area.

The atmosphere is inviting and unique. Love the fact that the foot bath is jetless and all of their instruments are sterilized. They have so many colors to choose from. There are many different pedicures to choose from. I also like having a glass of wine or mimosas while having my pedicure in their wonderful massage chairs. I have only ever used Emanuele (Emma), so I can only recommend her. She is wonderful.

The nail tech cut my toe and it started bleeding. No first aid was offered or rendered. Not to mention the rough massage that was given at the end. The front staff literally could not be bothered to stand to check me out. They were more involved in their FaceTime conversation than the customers. This was my first time and thank goodness it was a gift card- I won’t ever be returning.

The owner had an attitude and they wanted to overcharge me, they changed the nail tech twice and the one who did my nails wasn’t good at it, the nails came out to be bumpy plus it broke the next day and when i went to fix it the shade came out to be different. Probably will be the last time to go there.
