I have been going to Venetian for about 8 years and love them! I have acrylic nails, they always look great and I get tons of compliments. The pedicures are great. Any time I’ve had any issues (always minor, which will happen from time to time) they’ve always fixed them to my satisfaction. They truly do strive for great customer service. I’ll keep recommending and returning! 🙂

I liked the spa’s atmosphere but the customer service is nonexistent. The first nail technician had initially done a great job but two of my acrylic nails had fallen within 6 days. They did attempt to fix my nails but it was poorly serviced. Despite explaining to the staff I had shellac nails. They put the wrong color, dip, and wrong shape. They weren’t even similar with my other nails.

I used to love going to this place but the last two times they have failed me. I get dipped nails and I WORK FROM HOME! I broke three nails within a week my service was done by Rose and Amber and neither lasted. I went before to Sally and she always make sure that the dipped is thick.

First time here ! Love the staff very loving welcoming as well. There are two sides for feet and hands. Macy was very nice and gentle, she even put my shoes on For my toes I got the basic $30-35 and gel as well which one $20-25 around there. Chris who did my nails as a dip which are healthy for your nails. Chris was very patient and gentle as well with my nail. As for the price witch was $52 so in Total of the whole set $101 which in my taste was a bit expensive but overall the experience was nice and loving.
