this was my first time here & definitely my only time. i am home from college & needed a pedicure & a manicure desperately, but i could’ve gone somewhere else truthfully. the nail clippers were not in sterile packaging at all, so i really am excited to see if i get an infection. the nail tech was nice at times, but then also was rude at others. she cut one of my fingers & didn’t apologize at all. she also left a lot of product from the dip powder on my fingers & under my nails. one of my thumbs is also lumpy. i was also rushed to pick a color & she seemed really annoyed i had not picked one yet after being checked in for maybe 3-5 minutes. the only decent thing about this experience is that the pedicure was good other than the fact that the nail clippers are clearly used on multiple people.

I got chrome with dip + tip and they turned out amazing!!! I would 100% recommend asking for Tom as he took his time and made sure the shape and color was to my liking! Will definitely be coming back. These are the best nails I have ever gotten! Dip powder

My nail salon cancelled last minute on me and I had already planned an Easter design for my nails, the day before Easter they cancelled and Venetian nail salon got me in last minute with a nail tech. Decided to try a different place with a friend, worst mistake I could have made. The nail tech never completely removed my old color, which no biggie no one will notice but me I guess. Then we both had nails break within 24 hours, went back today to get repairs a week later (due to work) which I had no issue paying for. In return I got the clumpiest uneven nails I’ve ever seen. Also the roughest experience ever, they seem to not care at all about taking their time or doing a good job in the slightest.

Not sure I’d go back here. I don’t go out much and after I got a pedicure here I had symptoms of COVID and got tested and was positive. While the pedicure was nice, now my whole household is sick. I had a feeling the person who did my nails was sick because they kept coughing and had on a mask. What kind of place makes their workers work when sick? Especially with COVID-19.

Computerized sign in that staff rushed you through. Color selection is fabulous but for three out of three, color was unavailable. You were not asked to find a substitute, rather they showed you a close replacement after your hands were already soaking. The tools were presented in antoclave bags that were never sealed and not sterilized. Did not see an autoclave like other nail spas have out in the open and you can see their use. Nail tech was actually painful, leaving bleeding toe tissues arounf nail. Plastic wrap for pedicaure tub looked as if it had been reused. Prices not reasonable for the service, asmosphere or poor experience. WILL NOT GO BACK.
