I have followed my hairdresser to new locations, but I NEVER thought I would follow my Nail Tech. I followed my Nail Tech, Ginny to her new location at Venetian Nail Spa because she has been doing my nails since 2013. Ginny is fast, efficient and friendly. I love the fact that she does designs, and she takes pride in her work. I never had to tell her to fix this or that, because it is always perfect! I did not know that I would be scheduled for a job interview and my nails needed to be done. I called Ginny and she told me to come in at 7:30 am, the store was closed, but she opened the store, just to do my nails and eyebrows for my interview (I got the job too). But that is what happens when you establish a good relationship. Ginny is the BEST!!! If you need a great Nail Tech…Ginny is your girl.

This place is awesome! I will forever get my nails done here. They cleaned the back of the tips so there wasn’t any build up from the dip powder. Only gave them one star because 0 stars is not an option. I went in for a pedicure and a dip manicure and it looked pretty good right after, except the fact that they were longer than I had wanted. But come Wednesday (4 days later) the nails were cracked and one completely snapped off. I call to ask if I can get them fixed, they say of course. When I get there the technician I had is busy with another client which is understandable but I had called 2 hours prior to let them know I’d be coming in. When I arrive they have another technician take me and the person at the front desk tells me she will do my nails but I will have to pay for some of it because it’s technically “been a week” since I got them done and since they were “too long” for a dip manicure. If you didn’t know they advertise that dip lasts longer than a regular manicure and should last 2-3 weeks and the technician who did my nails originally NEVER once told me that they were too long and would snap if I did dip. Overall, the dip at this place isn’t good and neither is the customer service.

I got a Gel pedicure and my toe was cut way too short of my liking, I asked for acrylic on my toe so my feet can look presentable of my liking. Next my toe is way too thick and looks like a thumb. Front desk employee was really sweet and tried to help resolve but the owner had no care and was rude and didn’t care. I’ll never go back and my nails are very bad shaped. I wanted French but told her to just leave the nude layers on before the French. $120 WASTE

I recommend personally my nail tech 100%, her name is Ginny, I have been a client of Ginny’s for 14 years and she recently started at venetian nails. I like the place, is very clean and they provide excellent customer service. Ginny is the best, she is not only my nail tech but I consider her as friend. Thank you ginny for all your good customer service, for making my nails, toes and eyebrows gorgeous at all times. Go to venetian nails and ask for ginny.

If I can give this place 0 stars I certainly would. First, the pedicures are overpriced. Then after asking the guy doing my pedicure to shorten my nails more he said “short” indicating that they were already short and he could not go shorter when he 100% could have. After he was done using the callus stone on my foot ( he hardly even applied pressure and I am a woman with thick calluses) I asked him to please go deep and if he could do more and he said no, that I would need to pay more and all I said was “wow”. He checked me out after and I did not proceed to say “Thank you” or even tip him. That will be the last time I ever step foot in that place ever again.
